Ellll yeah! So I did some ab work a few minutes ago! Just some crunches thinking inputting some yoga style exercises early in the morning before cardio! Any input on this?... Serious input no jokes?
 
it will help w stretching and flexibility plus it gives u a nice core workout :D

Well I planned on doing back today, but my calves are in recovery lol I must of hit em good yesterday bc they barely wanna walk for me! That does not mean I'm not working out today I just would rather do back on a day where my legs are more stable! I will see how the legs are feeling after another meal or two hell I might take the arnold approach and push through the pain!

APPETITE LOSS is GAY!
Its 1 in the afternoon and I've yet to have a meal! Wtf!?
I slept in today the up side of being out of a job!
Felt weird this morning like I was hungover without the nasty headache!
Felt like throwing while I was brushing my teeth!
Ima wait till this stupid feeling in my stomach goes away and try to catch to my eating protocol but my body just feels so weird and everything is pissing me off of course I'm not acting on my emotions I just take them in for what they are and discard them but still its note worthy to add that I am in a hightened state of aggrevation!

Ive READ good deep stretching will actually help with muscle definition. Round out your chest more, more quad and calf definition etc... Cant confirm nor deny this but it sure does feel good to strecth and loosen up. Man youve got to EAT!!! Force something down. You ever get those starting pics and vids up??
 
Nope got em waiting! I don't have the internet at my house right now so I'm hoping when my girl comes over thursday she brings her laptop so I can upload them, ima have way more videos then I inteded to have but yeah they are coming as soon as I'm able to upload

This is true to an extent. The optimal time for posing is immediately following the trained body part. Believe it or not, but the guys you see flexing in your gym aren't totally douchebags.

Yeah I'm relatively new to deads being a staple back wo so I was ignorant to the strain it puts on your arms strength, hopefully I can build past that though, and thanks brah

I went through like two names when I was creating my account but they wouldn't accept either name I guess it was tooken or somethin, so I sat there for likr 10 minutes and started getting ageravated. Lil wayne and guccis song steady was playing in the baclground and lil wayne said. " I got 10 bathrooms I can **** all day " and so I typed it just for fun and it accepted it.
But yeah 1 arm db rows have became somewhat of a favorite work out of mine, I use a slightly small range of motion probably about 2 or 3 inches off of full extension, but I strive to never go into hyper extension on db or bb rows, so the other parts of my back aren't burnt out for other specific wo's I can't stand doing a work out like reverse hyper extensions or even chin ups and not feeling a good pump bc I went to hard on another work out
 
I was up to 12 in the afternoon no sleep last night its about 4 and I'm feeling regenerated and ready! Of course my calves are becoming a biatch to walk on

How does that tricep routine workout for you? No weighted dips for triceps? Thats got to be my favorite second to skull crushers. Do you open with that cable work? Just curious man trying to get a better feel for your routine.
 
The tri routine really isn't working great to be completely honest, I mean my triceps probably developed a small bit faster then the rest of my upper arm so I tend to forget to put a huge emphasis on them when working days come around. Its bad habit, one of many. Although I have an unused day tomorrow I could always just throw in an extra arm day just for pumping up
 
I just threw together a new tricep routine thats really working well for me and my friend. But it took me a few tries to get it where i felt it was what i wanted it to be.

I open with 4 sets 12,10,8,8 of weighted dips increasing the weight every set 45lbs,70lbs,80lbs,90lbs you could use whatever weight suited you. My numbers were just an example of how i increase the weight. Then i hit skull crushers for 4 sets 12,10,8,8 again increasing the weight by 5lbs every set. Then ill super set under hand grip straight bar cable pull down with single hand cable pull downs both with 12,10,10 reps. And then at the end ill drop set arm extension's or rope pull downs to really finish them off they feel like theyre ready to explode after this. I tried close grip bench in place of the weighted dips but for me the weighted dips is where it at. Id play with what you have aavailable a little more and really hit them triceps harder man thats what really going to put noticable size on your arms. Not critcizing you at all man just want you to be able to get the most you can possible on this stack!
 
It looks easy on paper, wait till you start haha. Let me know what you end up trying out! Hows the diet going? Dont believe ive seen much update on that.
 
There really isn't too much to update, I've cheated on it twice, once on accident and the other was planned. I still haven't worked my way up to 180 carbs giving me a starved feeling so I'm maintaining around 130 a day to make my system feel starved, I'm not so much as following the numbers as I am the symptoms bc if I went 180 it wouldn't do the same thing as it did for bigger people in my case. But at 130 carbs symptoms become reality, weak pumps, dry muscle, sleep loss, headaches, appetite loss, easy irratation, these are the symptoms that I have actually felt while waiting on my carb up days.

Your deadlift looked brutal, towrds the top it looked like your back was a bit curv4ed, That makes me nervoud, but. You did it Good Money., Heel of a workout bro, all of them. Man been real busy with work and what not, worked out with the ol lady tonight. FUN TIMES!!!
 
Does sound like quite the date, hoping this job comes through later this week! Then I can afford to get me and my ol lady gym memberships! But yeah I know I had a little bad form going on the 160 crocs but the weight is heavy as a mofo, and all the vids are taken after the actual workout ( except the deadlift ) so I'm a little pre tensed in all of them

not really sure yet, hoping some good gains start to show up over the next two weeks. I might stop training for strength and go high volume for the last week 1/2 - 2 weeks. Notttt sureee, tomorrow will be chest and if i dont see any improvements in strength and physical appearance then im changing something up, till i find the sweet spot you know
