I just threw together a new tricep routine thats really working well for me and my friend. But it took me a few tries to get it where i felt it was what i wanted it to be.
I open with 4 sets 12,10,8,8 of weighted dips increasing the weight every set 45lbs,70lbs,80lbs,90lbs you could use whatever weight suited you. My numbers were just an example of how i increase the weight. Then i hit skull crushers for 4 sets 12,10,8,8 again increasing the weight by 5lbs every set. Then ill super set under hand grip straight bar cable pull down with single hand cable pull downs both with 12,10,10 reps. And then at the end ill drop set arm extension's or rope pull downs to really finish them off they feel like theyre ready to explode after this. I tried close grip bench in place of the weighted dips but for me the weighted dips is where it at. Id play with what you have aavailable a little more and really hit them triceps harder man thats what really going to put noticable size on your arms. Not critcizing you at all man just want you to be able to get the most you can possible on this stack!
