I agree obliques and serratus need to be brought out more...I think Tex has struggled with these body parts from the start. Tex, have you ever tried incline overhead db shrugs? This is great for bring out the serratus....and guess what else? DB PULLOVERS!!

alright man.

well i ready you're having problems with you're chest so i don't want to go to hard there. It looks great, but you look like you need to put some more work in developing the upper pec region. maybe some incline/benches incline fly's (although i think you're already doing these) it could also be the amount of seperation you have making the upper region look a little flatter.

i'd put in some hard work on your obliques and your serratus. You've got the abs, but without any development outside, they almost look fake. (not accusing you) I think if you put in some heavy work on the lat's and really bring them out it should help bring out your serratus, and stretch the skin a little more tightly over your obliques which will really complete the look.

overall though i'd say really solid work. You've got a great foundation, and what looks like fantastic frame to really add slabs of meat to.
well I'm not really cut right now to be honest. my skin is pretty loose right now and I'm not flexing the obliques, but yeah they are definitely a weak part for me and have been compared to my abs. chest is just a straight up B*tch I hate it. I have ahd to work hard to where I am now. haha. appreciate it though man!

Alto of black people are like that. My buddy cory used to never workout and eat junk and smoke weed all day and he was shredded and looked like he worked out a good amount. then when he started working out it was ridiculous he still eats whatever he wants and is always ripped:rippedhand:
 
Day 12

Alright quick update from yesterday. I weighed in at 171 so I am up 3 Lbs! Yay! haha. Strength was good my right shoulder is still really bugging me though and taking a good 4 or more sets to get loose. No strength increases yet though and no other signs really. I have had a head ache all day, but it may be from my terrible sleep last night.

I worked in the following exercises: DB Flyes, DB Incline SS DB Flat, BB Incline, DB pullover, Dips
 
Subbed. I just stopped my 1-Tren cycle at day 10 due to sore/itchy nipples. I'm interested to see if this is a wide spread effect with this product. (I have a post in regard to this over in the Primordial board)

edit: also I agree the middle upper chest is what is lacking here. I guarentee if you make heavy db pullovers a staple, you will notice a huge change Tex. You still have one of the best bodies on this site bro. (do i really need to put no homo?)

Day 13
Today I did Bicep/ Tricep and calves. Good workouts today and did a few different exercises. Felt good today and did some nice weight. My first time to do DB curls in and I did 35's pretty easily for 10 rep sets. that was a plus for me. I really was looking forward to noticing a difference between my usual self energy/aggression wise with this, but thus far I am not. I will give better updates when I start to notice something... as in more indepth and stuff. Right now I just would be putting N/A down the line.
 
You should try decline DBs, gives you a better range of motion. If you do it with straight arms, the leverage aspect kicks in and 50's will be kicking you butt.

Glad to hear your honesty that you can't notice a difference in energy/aggression yet.

I feel like the decline bench is about to tip over when I try to mount it with big DBs...actually, I don't "feel like"...it has. :(

dude I did decline Flyes wow i know this sounds dumb but it killed my upper pecs. I think that has alot to do with why they are sore too. I went incline flyes, flat flyes, and decline flyes or a triset
 
yall think 25mg of form daily will help reduce the nipple puffiness? I know I keep bringing up the form, but I dont want to use it unless I have to. (trying to give my hormones the easiest path to getting back to normal). My Nips are puffy though and it bugs me haha.

I think any AI should help. I don't know quite what 25mg of Formestane will do, though. Isn't that extremely low? Maybe 50 or 75.
 
hey guys what is yall's thoughts on adding in Epistane/Havoc/methyl E or superdrol into this? I have been receiving suggestions to do this and want to get yalls take on adding either in.

Epi & 1-T stack well together I've heard. But it will make your recovery a little harder.

It will def. help the puffy nip issue tho.
 
I just plan to go back to creatine after this so if the addition of epi will help with mass and other stuff with little sides I am willing to do it! I have cycle assist that I can dose too if I add in epi. I've got TRS and working on getting some DTH I could always add in, we shall see what the rest of the concensus is...

I really shouldn't be giving my opinion about anything like Epi because I'm still learning about it and I have never taken a compound like it. But I have read the Epi stacks well with 1-T like Renegade said. That's about all I can say ! lol sorry I can't help out more though. I'll def. be keeping a closer eye on this log so I can learn too :D

Puffiness will occur no matter what compound you use. It can happen with ANY flux in ANY hormone. Estradiol, testosterone, etc. I'd keep it simple and not complicate things yet unless your nips become painful to the touch, you feel a lump, and so on. Also, don't think about them and don't mess with them. Doing so will only make things worse. It's amazing how powerful your mind is.

well the puffiness isnt gyno. no lumps, no lactation, no pain... just the puff haha. what super pulse schedule and dosing would you recommend?
 
SD's been shown to shut down people @ 5mg a day... i never thought an SD pulse was a good idea. just my 02

I understand where you guys are coming from. I used superdrol along time ago before I knew what pro hormones were. a local guy gave it to me and told me to take it and bam 20 lbs gain, but then I had to cut down right after for wrestling. It was in the form of Torque by Geared up nutrition.

Epi should take the nip puffiness down, but i imagine the shutdown is going to increase exponentially. It just depends how far down the rabbit hole you are gonna be willing to venture.

If it was me, Hell yea I'd do it, but I have a few years on ya too. LOL.

you would add epi in or super in? Yall think TRS would be enough (SERM if needed, but trying to avoid)? If not I want to grab soem DTH and it will give me a chance to give it a try

I would DEF. use a Serm if I added a methyl.

I would run the Epi, as I had pretty similar gains in strength and size running epi and mdrol, but super would probably aggravate your gyno in comparison to Epi more than likely helping it out.

I would use the serm for my PCT to bounce back quicker. I prefer toremifine. The epi should be fine for on cycle gyno prevention... I don't think running a serm and a methyl at the same time is healthy, and should only be done if used to help with gyno that has occurred during cycle.
