I agree obliques and serratus need to be brought out more...I think Tex has struggled with these body parts from the start. Tex, have you ever tried incline overhead db shrugs? This is great for bring out the serratus....and guess what else? DB PULLOVERS!!
well I'm not really cut right now to be honest. my skin is pretty loose right now and I'm not flexing the obliques, but yeah they are definitely a weak part for me and have been compared to my abs. chest is just a straight up B*tch I hate it. I have ahd to work hard to where I am now. haha. appreciate it though man!alright man.
well i ready you're having problems with you're chest so i don't want to go to hard there. It looks great, but you look like you need to put some more work in developing the upper pec region. maybe some incline/benches incline fly's (although i think you're already doing these) it could also be the amount of seperation you have making the upper region look a little flatter.
i'd put in some hard work on your obliques and your serratus. You've got the abs, but without any development outside, they almost look fake. (not accusing you) I think if you put in some heavy work on the lat's and really bring them out it should help bring out your serratus, and stretch the skin a little more tightly over your obliques which will really complete the look.
overall though i'd say really solid work. You've got a great foundation, and what looks like fantastic frame to really add slabs of meat to.

edit: also I agree the middle upper chest is what is lacking here. I guarentee if you make heavy db pullovers a staple, you will notice a huge change Tex. You still have one of the best bodies on this site bro. (do i really need to put no homo?)

You should try decline DBs, gives you a better range of motion. If you do it with straight arms, the leverage aspect kicks in and 50's will be kicking you butt.

yall think 25mg of form daily will help reduce the nipple puffiness? I know I keep bringing up the form, but I dont want to use it unless I have to. (trying to give my hormones the easiest path to getting back to normal). My Nips are puffy though and it bugs me haha.

I really think an SD pulse would be cool in this cycle. You only lift 3x/week, right?
Super pulsed would probably be pretty sweet. imo epis pulsed or ran straight would be cool too and might help with teh puffiness. (if its gyno) I never was a real big fan of epi but I would like to do it again starting at 40mgs and going up 30 didn't do a whole lot for me.

I just plan to go back to creatine after this so if the addition of epi will help with mass and other stuff with little sides I am willing to do it! I have cycle assist that I can dose too if I add in epi. I've got TRS and working on getting some DTH I could always add in, we shall see what the rest of the concensus is...
Epi should take the nip puffiness down, but i imagine the shutdown is going to increase exponentially. It just depends how far down the rabbit hole you are gonna be willing to venture.
