Nice to see you GMG! How have you been man? All my old buddies disappeared for awhile including myself for a week or so. Thanks for the compliments man. After this it is just protein and maybe creatine for awhile. I plan to cut it back on the supplements major and have my whole stash for sale.

Yea it seems a lot of us are taking/have taken a break lately. I'm well, my finger has healed and my bloodwork came back fine, so I am pretty stoked on working out again... I was worried there for a second. Yea, life came up with me, so I had to cut out my AM time there for a while. I even took two weeks off working out, which was GREAT for my body and attitude.

Selling off the stash huh? That's cool, probably unnecessary for you at your age anyway. I've been doing the protein/Anadraulic State for a month now. I kinda want to get some AP/Recreate/Napalm though for my summer cut that I have started... I think I am gonna wait another few weeks though and see where I can get naturally.

Well work em once every 1.5-2 weeks then. Bring those bad boys out bradduh! And Im speaking of your rear delts specifically..not your lateral or anterior heads.

Today I have had a mad head ache all day. I could not fall asleep last night at all and as a result am suffering today from lack of sleep. I don't think I will be hitting the gym today because I am going to be in the library studying for a business math exam tomorrow along with preparing a report and a speech. A busy night for me.

I don't have any lumps, but my nipples are starting to get a bit puffy and sensitive especially my right one. I have vitex on hand & Oral formestane. Would yall recommend dosing both of these or one? If so which one and what dose? No lactation and no lumps though... as these are typically warning signs and a place I want to stop gyno at if it may occur. Also, getting 1-T in an open wound BURNS! haha I found that our today.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure it's prolactin and not estrogen? I know your gyno from before was prolactin related, but I don't think Androsterone or dhea causes prolactin related gyno. I would bet it is estro, which a simple AI like formestane should fix up. That is unfortunate since the DHEA is thrown in there FOR a bit of estrogen conversion. You could be just like me and get slightly puffier nipples when running hormones. If you are really worried dose a few days of 20mg nolva.

I used to be a wild kid and still am in certain instances but I can't afford it this semester with what is on my table. haha that is a tight song and stuff though!

WHy don't you buy a bottle of penetrate for 20 bucks and just use the formestane topically... it works sooo much better that way.

When you have already had gyno I imagine it is easy to tell the early warnings from it. But that being said, my nips puff up on hormones... no gyno, it goes away when I get off as well... maybe it's just chest fat... but they seem to puff up a bit when I am "on".

I haven't been thinking about it at all haha. Yeah I mean it is FAR away from gyno and not a constant pain or anything of that nature. My nip was just sensitive today in my shirt and had an itch a few times. I just don't want to even get to the stage where I have to consider a possibly gyno incident if one at all.

yeah it's pretty sweet haha. My carb is going out on my '79 that you have seen. Its just a rebuilt quadrajet.

Both are sick cars, lol. But with the stingray pushing 650+hp and the ttop not far behind I'm sure lol they're not too fuel friendly :laugh:

You gonna fix the ttop's carb ? or just buy a totally new one for it.

the ttop is way behind hp wise. my dad has completely souped up the 68. We took them out side by side and it was not even funny how slow mine was compared to his. I run like 250-300 hp I believe... I don't really remember. definitely buying a new carb though. I got it with the car when i bought it. I refurbished it like an idiot instead of buying a new one so I think my dad may be buying it luckily :D. I need a new passenger window motor, air conditioning, and some other stuff. I just have not driven it enough to put work into it since college started

the sportster is something I am trying to talk my dad into helping me get but I don't know. I have enough toys right now haha.

Damn old ladies on the road...you really have to watch out for them....and cats too...lol. Seriously, I wrecked my baby...my 96 Firebird because of a damn cat running in front of me when the roads were packed with ice and snow...I'm still heartbroken I don't have enough money to fix it up.

An even crazier story...my 03 stratus R/T coupe got smashed by one of my best friends...we planned on working out together at the gym and I got there before he did. So I am sitting there watching out the window in the gym as he comes in the parking lot with his big ass Durango, and since it was icy and full of snow (F*ck You Wisconsin Weather) well you guessed it...he ended up skidding right into my stratus and smashed up my car. I have bad luck with cars I tell ya. LOL. :D

chest id definitely starting to fill out upper pecs a bit more finally. Also in those pictures I am extremely bloated just ate, not fat :D haha

No SERM while on, that's for PCT. Formestane or any decent AI should do the trick. GMG is right here, this is an estrogen issue, not prolactin.

Androsterone and it's derivatives, 1-AD and 1-test, cannot aromatize. DHEA, however, can. Start up the Formestane and you should be fine.

Renting a Mustang in California for a week when I was 18 and cruising around Monterey/up the coast with my dad for a one-week trip was pretty amazing. One day I'll do it again, how I love the west coast of the USA. It beats frozen Canada by a mile :(

Form isn't going to hurt anything thats for sure. I would wait and see if it gets puffy again then use it. you can always run it throughout though!

Man I have lost strength since last time I worked legs (3 or so weeks ago?) I put on 315 on squat and only got out 5 reps hard as hell... Last time I could finish that with 385. Deadlift today I used 335 and felt good. Also I did 3 sets of BB hack squats and felt good along with Leg extensions for sets of 30 reps.

Todays main focus however was Calves and I blasted them in multiple ways. Standing calf raises, sitting calf raises, isolations, etc

I have not felt aggressive or any sides out of the ordinary with 1-T yet. No shut down from a physical stand point, no vascularity increase. This stuff has 2 more weeks to kick in though so it's all good.

Anything in particular y'all feel free to ask.

Weight is still at the same as well, but I missed dinner tonight damn it!

It varys. I put on 45's each side every next set. start out with 135 and go butt to ankles, then 225 for ass to ankles up to 5 reps then 225 deep squats, 285 deep squats, and 315 deep squats. Past parallel. I have a video of 435x1 posted somewhere to give you an idea of how far I go down.

it kills my knees to go ass to ankles so I just go to "deep" squats past parallel

I know man... I am pumped and really want to see around 10 pounds out of this. I am applying it at night and wearing it throughout the day till the next night.

I finally videotaped myself squatting, and the way my body is built, my parallel is about an inch or two above my butt touching my ankles... I gotta get deep to make parallel... one of the few times in my life I have envied people shorter than me.
 
Somehow I've missed this thread, and jumping on the bandwagon late.
Question, if you don't see results till week 3, how long does 1 bottle of 1-T usually last. Do you recommend running 2 bottles to get measurable results?
