1-T log with Pre-cycle & Post PCT Blood work

Lookin thick man! Whats your weight now?

honestly I have no clue... I haven't weighed myself nor been to a real gym in awhile. I have just been using ther perfect push-up stuff & Iron man gym. I would venture to say I am even below 170 right now, just because my diet has been so low to burn off the bloat/ fat increase I had. Starting tomorrow though it is a Recomp/lean bulk to a hopeful 180! I think those pictures do me a bit more justice than I deserve too, but none the less it gives you an idea of my vascularity and what I am currently looking at. I think my height helps alot too.

Still impressive man..I wish I had teh muscles :sad2:

I'll tell you what though, I am so so so glad I read the delt presser article when I did. I read and was like that is me, no wonder my pecs lag behind. I completely changed my form and focused exactly how They said to do it and BAM my pecs have exploded. I am really pleased and wished I would have discovered this much earlier.

A newbie presses & then flattens his chest & rolls his delts forward at the end of a press.

See how that feels? That's how you should be doing every single chest exercise--with that same exact feel. (I'm not suggesting lifting like that on everything--I'm trying to get you to know the difference between a chest presser & a front delt presser) so you personally adjust yourself (shoulders back & down, pinched shoulder blades, chest high, sternum high) on every chest exercise you do."

that was my exact problem, the day I changed that I grew!

Werd up man..glad you found something that works for you!

As we all know you dont care about #'s :D

I've been doing the exact same exercise for my chest as of a few weeks ago. It works great. I am pretty sure we read the same articles. I really wish now I had learned how to bench correctly when I started because I too am the epitome of a shoulder presser. My

hey guys everything is still going smoothly! I've got a little bit more time left though and then I am going to be doing a blood test. I have an upper resp infection right now so I haven't been hitting the gym or eating, but recovery has been a breeze. I also have a new Golden Gains log in my signature if anyone wants to follow.

hey everyone I just wanted to update. I am recovering great! I think for a week or so I went into a depression state due to my anxiety and stress from school and this cycle going wrong. I stopped eating and all kinds of stuff so I am currently sitting at 165 lbs. Currently though I am feeling great and my libido and energy are recovering once again!

I am still having issues with my blood work from ZRT on my pre cycle blood work with supposed paper work issues and it is getting to be a big hassle for me. My post bloods will be going out within this next week. I am going to give a few days after finals so that my stress is back to normal.

Also, I just noticed the amount of views this thread got.... holy cow!

I am going to be sending out my Post PCT blood work on monday. I still have not gotten my Pre cycle blood work back yet from ZRT.
