I am taking it pre bed. I was wondering if it would be better so to speak to take another serving when i get up.
Ill stick to pre bed with ketoinduce and take some ketocana in the morning. (Dont have it yet)
its been a month since my surgery on my collarbone. i fractured it at the acromial? end of it, close to the shoulder.
i miss lifting weights. what can i do if i go to the gym today?
anyone had a fractured collarbone? and how long and how did you get back into your gym routine?
i average 100 every 2 months
usually on protein
i just spent 120 on iherb on some staples, but that would last me close to 4 months
so a year roughly... around 1000? if thats anywhere accurate its cheaper than what i pay for cable and i dont even watch tv
ive been using alphamine since it first dropped in... 2012? i cant remember but it is the only supplement in its own category...
the only product that took me away from alphamine was oxyelite powder which are to me the same thing but thats another topic..
i have yet to find another product...
lol i feel like youd give every supp a try..
alphamine is still my favorite fat burner and the only supp from pes i like, and select
it is just so versatile and the profile is good.. ive been on it since the day it dropped n to me there isnt another one in the category that could compare...
what about if my leptin is already within normal range and im not fat, 15%(male)
would epitome help someone whos not exactly on a diet?
im not restricting calories i dont even count but with work and gym im sure i burn a lot
but somehow i weigh around the same unless i specifically bulk or diet...
my left pec is more developed than my right pec, especially the inner part
so far my only strategy is one arm dumbbell press... looking to add more effective exercises that could help
