Several pts. were made. sugar does not cause diabetes and red meat does. The other is processed meat is a carcinogenic. Eggs and dairy are bad. I mean it tosses almost everything upside down.

I recall lifting and walking a distance with a bare iron block 454, weighed 200lbs, and it was hard because of the uneven balance and lack of handholds compared to a barbell. This seems impossible to me. Anyone done similar? Not that I would recommend it.
Just diagnosed. Impossible to do any push exercises. pulling ok. Amazing a very small section of cartilage diminishment can have such a major impact on strength.
Anyone had it before and returned to lifting as before after therapy or surgery?
