Do DBs only one day per week. All sets to failure. Is that helping me any? 1 day?

Squats Thurs Sunday
above is barbell push/squats and equipment for pulling.

Monday only day I work with DBs. Do mostly push sets to failure plus shoulder isolation. Is that one day of DBs. being useful or do DBs have to worked more often to improve stabilizer muscles?

Not a BBer. Other days do 5x5 at 85% of 1rm. Do it to keep T levels naturally high.
