How many workouts to regain conditioning?

I read the military considers 100hours of PT as sufficient to develop a level of conditioning sufficient to withstand the rigourous of being a foot soldier.
Have been away from a dedicated schedule since Jan 1.
Trained nearly every day from 2012 - 2023.
I am setting 100 continuous heavy workouts as my metric of when to see similar performance when I ceased in December 2023.

Is that correct? Or hell no or hey, why not, it is great to set a goal.
Well you know what I mean.

Really depends on the person, especially your age. If you haven't completely lost it, I don't see why you couldn't get back to that with what you set.

I have no doubt I can return as I have been fit all my life and still am. Lost muscle mass/strength. I am gauging the 100 heavy workout metric. Or if it is to be a longer period. T levels naturally very high.

Then you'll probably get back even earlier, especially cardiovascular efficiency.

Thanks everyone. workout number 25 concluded today and feeling better and stronger than at inception and note have quite a path to attain previous weight moved.
