INCINDERINE FAQ. The modern fat burner. GLP-1 agonist.

Mine finally arrived, how have people been dosing? any one run into issues? I was thinking 2 upon waking with 10 mins of cardio before work then 2 pre workout at night around 6pm so 12 hour split between doses

No issues that I have read or seen unless losing fat and recomping is a problem .

That dosing schedule looks solid to me.

I am on day 21 right now and have only lost 2 lbs, but am seeing a definite recomp effect from this. I am extremely vascular right now. It almost reminds me of FD 2 in this regard. I think there is a test boost to this as well. I am 53 and have been on a tear the last 10 days. I'm taking Calcium D-glucarate with this and that's it. Waking up in a serious state every morning too lol.

Id bet FD2 and Incinderine would be a killer stack.

Seems like 2 am 2 pm is working well for most. Havn't heard any complaints regarding sleep really which is good.

Whats interesting is we keep seeing similar reports. Weight is shifting slowly but it seems like muscles are more full which means there is some glycogen retention. This is offsetting the changes on the scale. So there is likely more actual loss than 2lbs but you are also gaining some muscle cell volume which is adding weight. I think as long as visually you are progressing this is all that matters. Its possible the AI action of the myricetin is increasing test levels. Bonus!

Ok so wasn't the best day to start the diet, had some cake for colleague bday, runs very shortly after. Had some greasy chicken before, runs shortly after.

Is this a possible side from incin?

I don’t believe so. If anything it does the opposite of the runs for me. I believe that’s an effect of the GLP-1 angtagonism.

I’ve been having crazy constipation since I started Incinderine but never thought of the correlation..

It took me 15 days to finish my first bottle of Incinderine, and I was using 8 capsules daily, and on the 7th day, my appetite increased. Today I started my second bottle and I will only be using 4 capsules daily.

Been taking 6 per day ...on to second bottle this week. Haven't noticed much besides more frequent urination and increase in hunger. That definitely kicked in week 2. Stacking with DCP and Lean Edge which I had been on for 4 weeks prior.

Have this bottle and 1 more to go after. Usually hit 180-200g protein 100-125 g Carbs and 50-60 fat during week. 180-200 protein 200g carbs and 75g fat on weekends. 5'8 170lbs 41 y.o.

How much cardio are you doing? Are you leaning out at all?

After my morning workout I felt like I was looking my “tight” than usually around my midsection.

Been basically doing a "mild" strength training program 4 x per week working around some injuries. 5th day that is mostly pump work. Cardio is a daily 30-45 min dog walk and 10-20 minutes of sled drags and crawls 2-3x week

Greasy food. = the runs.

WHat are your goals? Are you just taking the supps and not changing anything in your diet? WHats your current BF%?

Was looking to lean out a bit and recomp... 13-14% Bodyfat. Macros posted above, as you can see pretty on point. 1750-1900 calories during the week with a bump on the weekend so about 10.5-11.5 kcal/lb during the week. Not really interested in going lower.

Not badmouthing btw just posting current results. Bought three bottles with goal of making a quality cut/recomp down to 10% over 10- 12 weeks

My training partner who has studied a great deal about how the body works, suggested that the GLP mechanism would not only process more dietary glucose / carbohydrates but also dietary protein. He recommended upping my protein to offset that potential. Has anyone tried increasing their protein on Incinderine yet? It might yield some good results.

In other words, it isn't catabolic (like some have said Semaglutide) but may require slightly more protein intake. Can anyone explain?

Interested as well…never hurts to keep protein high especially in a deficit though.

I think it's a possible side from cake and fried chicken lol

Possibly but it was 3 runs in a row, which I NEVER get even when I eat bad foods... but anyway it seems to have subsided so all good
No bullshit, about a week ago I randomly had the runs bad for about 48hrs. The first day was bad and it tapered off in the second day. Then it was gone. And I hadn't ate anything new or anything my family didn't eat outside of a protein bar but it's a kind I've ate several times.

Maybe something is just going around

A guy I work with, experience the same thing for 3 days.

This is exactly what I have been seeing as well. I don't really have a lot of weight to lose but did want to tighten up my midsection a bit. I only cut back on the calories marginally so haven't lost a lot of weight but my abs are definitely looking better. In particular the "love handle" area on the sides are demonstrably and visibly smaller and tighter.

Maybe it was that guy on that airplane that had explosive diarrhea and it’s making its way around the world now. Maybe he started this whole runs fiasco?!

This is good though. Whats important is what you look like not what the scale says. Because, if you are visibly leaning out but weight is staying the same then you are growing and losing fat which is exceptionally difficult.

That area always makes the biggest difference in looks for me when I start trimming the fat in those areas.

I too am experiencing more of a noticeable recomp effect. I have actually gained a few pounds (even though I am on or below maintenance with added protein) looking fuller, and my strength is up, -but people have been commenting that I am looking more defined/cut, and the mirror agrees. My friend even joked that with the mild backne, and quick gains, Incinderine may be spiked. BLR supps have always blown me away though. Looking forward to seeing what further results come from the rest of my run... I may even have my routine bloods done in that timeframe so we can really see whats going on.

It’s pretty sweet isnt it? I love when people can look at something and find the positive in it, even when others seemingly wish to be negative.

pretty sweet would be something doing what it claims
but i guess when your ingesting partially-unknown substances that you spent money on I guess you're forced to see the glass half full .

not being negative, just being realistic

I mean maybe we are looking at different reports on the forum but it seems to me that Incinderine is doing what it claims and then some.

Partially unknown substances? You mean substances that people have been using but Brundel optomized them and was innovative like usual with his products?

While I fully understand being cautious with a new product, when someone posts “lol” in response to another persons positive post and then your subliminal post about glasses half full there is no being “realistic” about it. Didn’t you even claim to have a couple bottles purchased but were waiting for others (insert whatever sarcastic name you called them) to use it first? Which is pretty odd considering how you’re speaking about things. But hey, be “realistic” all you want. Ill continue to rock out with my fellow “glass half full” lifters.

21 days of taking Incinderine, and I have gained 5 lbs while in a calorie surplus. This morning was my first session of HIIT cardio since April, and my current weight is 240.

Results so good people think its spiked is a complement for sure.
I can assure you its not spiked though :ROFLMAO:
Its like being called out for being on steroids when you dont. Starting to see alot more reports like this though which is positive. My original theory that this might be a really potent anabolic seems to be correct.

Still have Diarrhoea haha, maybe a bug not sure

@brundel do you have any desire to see a log on incinderine? I was thinking of starting one with some pictures detailing my weight and fat loss. I am usually in training for strongman and highland games, but had a shoulder surgery earlier this year, so right now strength doesn't at all matter and I am making a run at losing a load of weight. I have gone from 330 to 306 from mid july to present, and I think a semi detailed log with some pictures may help lend at least a detailed anecdote to the results which could help win some people over. End goal is 250

I know I always enjoy seeing logs and being able to see more of the process! So I think it would be a great idea and would love to follow!

I would be interested for sure. Either tag me or link me up if you decide to!

Yea I didn’t feel my 50 point drop in blood sugar and that was done on a blood glucose monitor.

Hopefully your diet and training is in order. Im sure all that is well taken care of though, especially if you can feel blood sugar fluctuations.

I stopped taking Metformin about 2 weeks ago to see how this effects my blood sugar. I'll wait a week or so and I'll start checking it,
