Morning AM, had a really long day yesterday. Trained at 3am, worked 10.5 hour shift, completed one lawncare job by myself, and them baby girl had two games last night. I didn't get home until 9pm. Ate some leftovers and hit the bed. Dont like eating that late and almost contemplated just jumping into a fast as my last meal was at 2pm yesterday. Could have easily hit a 16 hour window. Oh well yesterday is gone and today is a new day.

Woke up late this morning after only getting 4.5-5 hours of sleep. Still managed a pretty decent workout. Core exercises were awesome and I'm definitely gaining some progress in that department. Not so much cosmetics but stamina and strength.
Definitely getting stronger, somehow even with the screwed up macros I feel as though I'm growing and clothes are definitely getting looser...who knows.
Feeling great is the bottom line at the moment.
