Is the pup also receiving stellar results from this stack?
He's already jacked and lean... He get none but he wants some for sure!

Yeah he is, head like a rhino!
Good to here it is treating you well !!
Yes Sir enjoying it for certain. I will probably post up some pics this coming weekend. I had a family visitor show up over the weekend and ate half a pizza and had a few beers so I am wearing that right now and don't want to discredit the stack with bloated pics. I love pizza but it sure loves to stay with me a couple days when I have it!!!

Day 30 - Cardio - Legs and Arms - Halfway review!

30 Day Review - I wanted to give a little review of how things have gone so far. I have lost 11lbs in 30 days. I am very happy about this, I was expecting a few lbs of glycogen and water to come off quickly but have managed to continue to lose at a rapid pace with 2 large free meals in the time period. To me that if better weight loss than I would have expected without supplementing... Going by my expectations, I lost an extra pound to a pound and a half beyond what I would have. Of course that is hard to judge obviously. Now I will go into each product a little bit,

EXOTHERM - This is a great transdermal solution, goes on easy and clean and you can put clothing on very soon after applying it as there is nothing left to rub off. I also tend to get a bit of eczema if something irritates my skin. The fact I did not get it with the use of this product is excellent because i was not even having to go from place to place to avoid it.

The pump seems pretty accurate as I feel like I will finish the bottle on my next dose. I had to pump twice to get a full dose this morning. There was an issue with the pump starting to dry up and filling the exit hole of the pump but it was very easy to clean and worked well throughout.

FOLLIDRONE - The pumps I got were pretty good, I would say a bit better than normal for have lower carbs. Also speaking of carbs I definitely felt like this had a nice nutrient partitioning effect due the feel of going hypo and very tired a few times. I have definitely not last any muscle so far with this cut so I am quite pleased with the results so far.

Thanks @brundel for letting me extend the run for another 4 weeks. I had this in the mail yesterday and was very happy to see it. The one in the no label is top secret anabolic. I can't wait to get into it and see how things go. I just need final dosing instructions which I might have in my inbox now.

The BLR products are so tempting even Wraith wanted to get in on the supplementation!!!! Yes he is a big boy!!! :)

Thanks for the midway review- I’m glad the stack is treating you well! Excited to see your thoughts on the anabolic too! Wraith has gotten so big! Such a pretty dog too!

One thing I forgot to mention during my mini review is I can actually feel myself heat up a bit about 15-30 minutes after applying the EXOTHERM. I wasn't too able to notice it at first due to always being in a sauna right before my early applications but some nights when I had life get in the way and ended up putting it on right before bed I would notice I was hotter than normal and needed to keep the covers off of me.

Day 31 - Cardio and Abs

Glute Activation work, ankle / and calf stretches

Treadmill = 40 minutes random setting + 5 minute cool down - 489 calories

Roman Chair Leg Raises - Feet over head
- 3 sets to failure 19, 15, 12

Recovery from the pizza and beer is happening! Waist is leaning back up and getting tighter. I am feeling the 140 reps of 20 on OH Triceps extensions a little today.

Nutrition for yesterday was on point right at 2000 calories.

Day 32 - Chose to sleep in this morning just slept horribly for some reason. Had those restless dreams where you wake up amped up from the dream and can't fall back asleep then the dream restarts... Not the best cycle so when the 4:00AM Alarm went off I did not hesitate to dismiss it completely. I brought my gym bag to go workout at lunch to get the job done.

Recap of yesterday - I finished the day off with over 17000 steps, and had another stellar nutrition day.

Today I will decide if I am going to do some cardio at lunch to get my steps in or just hit up some upper body and toss in a bunch of lunges and body weight squats to keep the step count higher. I may just do cardio then hit up some weights at home. It is always a toss up.

My muscles are staying full even with the lower calories which is nice. I am assuming this is in part because of the FOLLIDRONE, and maybe the other Anabolic Ingredient which I am currently taking at 2 caps a day one in AM and one when I get home from work before dinner. I honestly do not know what the proposed MOA is for this ingredient, or even what it is for that matter. So I have no idea of what to expect. I will just go off of recovery, strength and muscle fullness changes. Not sure if the muscle fullness now is related, but feeling pretty good.

Went out to walk for my lunch hour today, brought my step count up a bit and was able to get in more hills walking over by the bayou like last time. So much better being able to go outside for those. Going to have a mid afternoon snack here shortly and see if I have energy for a lift tonight. If anything may do another walk and then lift in the AM when I know I have some bagels waiting here for me in the morning. Always a nice way to get in some post lifting carbs. Heck if I am feeling froggy I may do both.

I hate dreams like that! Wake up with heart pounding and can’t stop think about it all! Almost always around 3 when it happens...so definitely can’t get back to sleep in time! You made the most of your lunch though! I’ve only heard good things about the anabolic!

Day 33 - Chest and Back - took 1 Follidrone pre workout

Rest was 60 seconds on Superset 1, 30 seconds for Superset 2, and none on 3rd.

Super Set 1
DB Flat Bench - 37.5 x 15, 55x15, 65x12, 75x12, 75x12, 75x12
- Was first time in probably a year or more to use DB's on flat bench. Shoulder / Scapular stability became a concern around 75lbs so I slowed down tempo and stayed with the weight.
DB Bent Over Row - 37.5 x 15, 55x15, 65x12, 75x12, 75x12, 75x12 - Since I didn't want to switch weights I slowed down tempo on the sets at 75lbs to get more work out of the weight.

Super Set 2
Hoist Decline Press - 90x20, 180x20, 180x20, 230x15
Hoist Lat Pull Down - 140x20, 180x20, 180x15, 180x12 -
pushed hard to squeeze the last couple reps out on both of these exercises.

Free Motion Machine Super Set
Clavicular Innervation Pec Fly 7.5kg xRPE8, 9kg x RPE9, 10.5kg x Fail
Lat Pull down and holds - 7.5k8, 9kg, 10.5 kg - 25 total reps per set
, 5 two arm, 5 with one arm held in isometric contraction, 5 with other arm held in isometric contraction, 5 each alternating one rep per side while holding the other in isometric contraction. That is one set.

Foam Rolling and neck rehab x 10 sets

Took 1 Follidron and one "Pantherdrol" before leaving for work then ate a nice sized breakfast when I got to work.

Breakfast = 2 scoops R1 fruity cereal whey blend, 1 serving plain greek yogurt with 1/3 cup blueberries, 3 strawberries and 1/2 oz almond slivers, 1 everything bagel and 3 tablespoons jalapeno whipped cream cheese.

Lunch - 8 oz lean sirloin steak, 1 banana

Planned mid afternoon meal 8 oz sirloin steak and an orange.

That will have me at these macros

Is one of them flushing by any chance? I noticed I am a bit red today, I also noticed as of yesterday that it feels like I am getting dry in the throat and thirstier.

@ValiantThor08 - Well so far as mentioned I feel more full, and after getting some carbs with breakfast I am looking pretty big for a guy losing weight. Also, not sure if the vascularity is more a side of getting leaner, the Folli, or pantherdrol, or a combination of all 3 but it is improving. I am guessing a combo of the 3.

This was worthy of taking a pic last night after dinner which was 10 oz baked salmon and 1 cup of rice cup of grean beans and cup of asparagus. No flexing or anything here. Just looked down and they were popping out so I took a shot to document it.

jalapeno whipped cream cheese.
I need that in my life!!!
This is from Einstein Brothers but I have seen Philidelphia has one in the store too!!! Really not that much fat for what it takes to get nice flavor on a bagel.

Day 34 - Cardio -
Tread Mill 45 minutes plus cool down = 532 calories
Planks x 60 seconds x 3,
Side Planks - 30 seconds per side x3 without dropping hips when changing sides
Caloric Intake - 2317

Day 35 - Rest - Was feeling a little run down so I took the day off of everything and ate more carbs to try to promote a little more recovery.
Caloric Intake - 2723

Day 36 - Cardio, Abs and Weigh in Day
Treadmill
- 40 minutes + cool down 496 calories
Roman Chair Leg Raises - 3 sets to failure
Weight - 210.1 - up from 208.9 lbs - almost a little surprised here but I did have a little over 400g of carbs on Sunday. Also my normal weigh in days tend to fall in after a burn day or low calorie day and today that was obviously not the case.

Noteworthy recent observations - I have been feeling a lot more full in the muscle recently, as well as being noticeably hungrier not sure what to assign that too but the last few Burn days were all a little higher in calories due to being very hungry. Still what should be a deficit with the activity but higher nonetheless. I normally have high and low days with a decent caloric swing, but my lower days are creeping up the last few burn days due to being starving and feeling a bit hypo. I am getting pretty tired after carb containing meals like I am shuttling in the carbs quickly and being left with low blood sugar on the back end. With all of the walking and cardio I am definitely staying in a decent deficit and am obviously holding onto my muscle but overall caloric intake slightly increased this week. I would say it went from 500 average to a 300 average this week.

Finished yesterday up with a nice deficit I took my last dose of FOLLIDRONE, and "Pantherdrol" and then got about 150 grams of carbs in for dinner to power up for my morning leg session.

Day 37 - Leg Day! :)

Decided to do a nice basic GVT session for legs, figured I can always beat myself up with volume if I am unsure about weight.

Leg Press - 455 x10 x 10 sets @ 4-0-1-0 tempo w/ 90 seconds rest walking in between.

Lying Leg Curls - 128x12 x 3 sets plus 10 pulses at end of last set

The leg press was challenging probably the last 4-5 sets, not ball busting but still hard work. I plan to increase the weight by 50lbs next time and see where this takes me. I was very pumped at the end though and would definitely classify it as a good session.

Had to take the dog to the vets then went out to eat @ IHOP with my wife and daughter.

Got an egg white / chicken breast fajita omelette and waffle, no butter with sugar free syrup - according to the nutrition from the site this is = 1070 calories 74p, 48f, and 86 carbs - with 2 meals left in the day this leaves me with plenty of macros to fill it with.

I have to leave work early today to go get my dog and then will probably go for a walk to try to get the rest of my steps in because I didn't get many with that workout.

Caught up. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Stud!
That’s a wicked relaxed pump!
:) Inorite!

Way to stay on point with the diet while still being there with the fam. People can make excuses or make a way...also, nice session
Thanks! I ended the day right around 2300 calories which was perfect.
Excellent session and the ihop meal sounds great too!!
It was, I was actually surprised at how much fat it said was in the meal, I guess they must use a lot of oil on the grill or with the grilled fajita veggies...

Day 38 - Cardio -
Treadmill 40 minutes + 5 cool down 474 calories
Planks 3 1 minute sets prone
Side Planks 30 seconds per side no rest during transition from one side to the other x3

Day 39 Shoulders

Did another GVT Style workout for shoulders this morning.

Iso-lateral Roc-It shoulder press - Tempo 4-0-1-0 - 70lbs per side x 10 sets - Sets 1-8 x10, set 9 x8, set 10 x6 = Nice pump and will say with this weight for now.

Massive shoulder and Triceps Pump!!!!

Notes to mention... I appear not to be losing and possibly gaining weight for some reason. I am going to weigh myself in the morning to figure out how much I am weighing but I feel as though I am not losing weight now, and possibly even gaining if I am still over 210 then something weird is going on.

Also again vascularity is on pretty high.

Oh yeah, I have pretty good DOMS in my thighs from the other days lift. Happy about that.

Forgot to mention last two days at work were crazy today was just unreal. Barely getting a breather, the above post took hours to get done. Being in IT and trying to be prepared for whatever may come with the corona virus and possible office closures and people never mean to work from home possibly having to all of the sudden is quite the task!!!! I am exhausted!!!!

Already heard about folks working from home now and their kids are streaming classes from home which is messing up their Remote Desktop sessions because their home network can’t support it all at once.

Wondering if everyone goes self-quarantine for several weeks if we won’t see “peak time” backbone internet utilization rates for more of the day, with all the folks working remote and kids off school or folks off work streaming more video/playing games.

Yeah my kids won't be allowed to stream while I am working. Simple solution. Watch a DVD or read a book. Daddy gotta make money!!!!

Chaotic day again. So far no food, no gym and not likely to get a lunch today at all. Wanted to try to update but things are going haywire around here...

Thanks guys, I was able to get some food last night. Was a little sad at first did a curb side pick up and apparently by Sunday when they picked the stuff for my cart most of what I asked for was gone. Last night though when we went to pick it up they had recently put some things out so I was able to stock up on meats, rice and instant potatoes. Unfortunately the meats were not as lean as I would like which will make dieting a lot harder. Only crap cuts of beef and pork but hey whatever. However I am happy to know I at least have enough food at the house to last a good period of time.

I plan to finally get out into my garage and get a lift in when I get home. I just didn't have the energy this morning to go to the gym after the last several days of go go go... Hell not even sure if the gym is open at this point... Seems most places are closing down. Which is why I am probably just going to get out in the garage. This will make me get it cleaned out a bit more anyway. Got used to using it as a garage over the winter and need to move things around to make some actual room for a solid lift session.

Any real food is better than processed! Glad you have the garage gym! If mine shuts down it will either be cardio or me and the floor! Not much other than a couple of bands and a pair of 5lb DB’s. 🤣

You need a TRX set up. I got the TRX go for 119 I think comes with a tiedown anchor and a doorjam anchor.

Man I have a pretty ridiculous home gym already. A little over 1200 lbs oly weights power rack, 2 benches, full universal set up, titan sled, tire sled, trx system, Slastix Elastic Battle ropes/bands with 105lbs resistance each, an elliptical and a tire sled. Oh and a few sandbags as well as a mace.

Just finished a quick workout for lunch since at home working now.

How much is a membership to your gym?;)

Forgot to mention last two days at work were crazy today was just unreal. Barely getting a breather, the above post took hours to get done. Being in IT and trying to be prepared for whatever may come with the corona virus and possible office closures and people never mean to work from home possibly having to all of the sudden is quite the task!!!! I am exhausted!!!!
Just getting caught up in here, but I can only imagine the volume of calls you're getting now. Our company uses WebEx for conference calling and they just globally had an outage issue. I think we're going to see internet providers, video conferencing companies, etc be completely overwhelmed because they're just not ready for the surge with everyone working remotely, kids at home trying to do virtual classrooms, all universities moving to online as well...

On a side note, glad I started to boost my home gym equipment with all the closures!

Day 45 - Training continued

I went out for a 2nd session last night. Pumped the bejeezuz out of my arms and medial delts.

Both were done as complexes 15lbs max reps on each exercise x 4 rounds

A
Supinating DB Curls
OH DB Triceps Extensions
DB Side Raises

B
Triceps Kick Backs
DB Rear delt raise to back
Hammer Curls

The pump was pretty insane! Have not been getting in the cardio like I was... Have a feeling this is going to effect the outcome here a bit but far less activity in that regard right now so we shall see how things go on the fat loss front with all of this going on. Calories are already pretty low so not wanting to drop them right now. I feel like I am getting bigger again though but not smaller in the waist. Probably a combination of expending less calories and the "Pantherdrol".

Day 46 - going to hit the gym and try to burn some calories with some extra work.

How much is a membership to your gym?;)
I need to clean it up more an charge... :)

No doubt, having a home gym right now is a major bonus!!!

Yeah it is pretty insane, and our VPN got hosed too. Our WebEx is doing okay but we have had a lot of times where we need to have people turn off the video option.

I'm lucky when it comes to my gym. Used the key card yesterday to get in and there were only 4 people in the gym. I could get use to this!

Just do a few fake sneezes and coughs and you will be the only one in the gym :)

Day 46 - Weights - Imagine that! It's what I have at the house!

Hit up another push pull lower session.

Hex Bar Deadlifts - 235x10, 285x8, 325x5, 375x5, 375x5, 375x5

Machine Military Press - 85x15, 115x15, 140x15-ish RPE8, 165xRPE8, 190x fail 190x fail

Reverse Grip Cable Rows - 190x 15, 205x15, 205x15, 205x fail

Upright Cable Rows - 100x RPE8, RPE8 and RPE9

Was looking large when I came in from this. This is the heaviest I have gone on anything since the neck / nerve issue. Figured going heavier with the Hex Bar Deadlifts was a good plan. They felt pretty good, but boy has my grip gotten a bit weaker. My hex bar does not have raised handles so I actually get pretty close to parallel on these which is great for the entire thigh not just the posterior chain. Was feeling it in my quads too.

Total calories were around 2200-2300 for the day. I seem to be filling out, burning a lot less calories a day mixed in with the anabolic. My pumps and vascularity has been off the chain the last few lifts.

That’s a great idea!!!

Looks like a killer workout!!
Was a good one. I got in another lift yesterday too.

Was wondering why you weren’t posting in your log. You are in here logging.

Love the hex bar deadlifts. So much easier on the back.

Nice lifts!

Agreed. I hurt my back in college deadlifting so I either go lighter with a conventional bar or go heavier with a hex bar when deadlifting. Hex bar is awesome for shruggs to.
