Didn't make it to the gym yesterday. Went go get my haircut after work. And then the wife and I went for a nice 5 mile bike ride
 
No kid this weekend at all. Did some laps in the pool, followed by high knee runs, this some crossovers. Then did right around standing reverse crunches. After I got out, got dressed and we went for about a 3.5 mile bike ride. Gonna follow that up with another bike ride tonight to the Cinderella Concert, and fireworks at the end of the night for Taylor Days Fair.

Keep it up man your doing great Are you running anything right now? I know you’ve got good results thus far but I feel like if your diet was just a bit better you could lean out faster. But I know everyone in a different boat whether it be time, kids, money, etc.

Just TRT, and the last few days have been rough on diet. Mainly cause youngest Daughter is out of school now. And my wife is in PT due to the car wreck. It was better early on. Recently not so much.

And the PCP's just putting in whatever just to get the vet's out there office. I have seen Consults for some of the Craziest **** you could ever think of.

I have a doctor from the outside that diagnosed me with Traumatic Optic Neuropathy from IED Blast. The Eye Clinic in Detroit, said "NOPE" its Optic Druesin, you've had this your whole life.... So I have been blind in 1 eye my whole life, yet never wore glasses until 2005 after my first combat tour. And somehow passed the Army Eye Exam with 20/20 Vision to get in. Pretty sure if I was blind in one eye when I joined I would have never been in.
 
We do a very bad job of taking care of our own, we need to focus more on this and less on try to fix the rest of the world !!
