I think 8 weeks at 500mg/day, with half that usage prior at least on average. I have not done any full days of fasting since the week of that, and rarely any IF - maybe one day a week. Doesn’t really work out when training first thing in the morning 5 days a week. But I’m smart enough to know training frequently in a caloric deficit will get me a better body than training less and fasting more.Thats interesting mk upped your fasting bs by almost 10 pts.

Awesome trip, perfect sunny weather every day and ocean breeze at a beachfront condo on Okaloosa Island. Family, food, fun - couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Lots of time at the beach, partying poolside, went boating in the bay, walking the harbor, sunrises, moonlit crab catching, family dinners, just non-stop good time.
Feeling very blessed!
Hahaha no I feel you - those little bastards are fast as hell, so you get a big adrenaline spike chasing them down with a net, dashing back and forth to get within striking range! Plus it’s dark on the beach other than your flashlight, so it kinda ups the drama when you come across them. The bucket got so full they were climbing atop one another to try to escape. When we let them all go, it was like 50 spiders dashing in every direction!Awww man thats an awesome picture. Congrats again!
And moonlit crab catching! That sounds amazing...not that the other things dont lol but something about the crab catching gets me going i guess
