Best time I ever had in Iraq, we were escorting some SAS, and one of them in the back of my humvee says(read in best british accent): "Excuse me mate, But do you mind if I smoke a F@G in your backseat". First time I been around a Brit, I was like you do whatever you like on your owntime buddy. Lol

Thanks brother. I am lucky, very lucky. Should have kicked the bucket that day.
But, there is a reason I am here, and I believe it is to be the best me I can be, and spread my story to others, so that they know. Whatever, you think is so bad in your life, you can always come through it and come out the other side even better than before.

Thank you brother...I don't consider myself a hero though. Hero's that I know didn't come home. Like my soldier that died in Iraq when I got my first Purple Heart

I will miss you always. I spent so many summers at your house, I considered you another mom. Even though I was adopted by your oldest daughter, you accepted me into your family. Like any of your other 49 grandchildren, and 114 great-grandchildren. I will never forget you. May GOD hold you close in his arms tonight, and you finally get to see Albert again. You are no longer in pain, and surrounded by the Angels in Heaven.

Brother... Im in now whay goin to compre my struggle of this hill. Homeless. Eating uout of gragbge cans..suicidal...not reason to take on....year ater year. But we both no both no what it takez to fight...not to give up...no matter what. If anything, we can stop at the top of this mountain..with those that supported you and me..and nkow we did it...not for us...for others..its what it about. Learn..living it..incorporate it..it is aint about changing one life...you can do that with a mirror and a cammera. Show people that anithing is possible. Push them to the joyr...th fitness, lin lfe, in love. Friends, happpiness. You are a great man doing many great things...and im pround to call you you mind found. Am...stick with the winners...or dont...this is clase. I love you CB...whatever you need it...anytime...no questions asked

I haven't been homeless yet. Luckily, but I know your struggle brother. My ex's made it close. And I am happy to call you my friend and can't wait to meet you in person. You where a great educator and NEVER let anyone take that from you. You remind me alot of one of the brothers that ran my highschool. One day I was getting books out my locker, top locker, and I put a book in my bag, and went to stand up, my locker had opened and hit my head on the locker. I hit my head on the edge of the locker and exclaimed Motha' F*cker...Br Matt, walked by and said what did you say and I replied "nothing brother". He said "You Ready". I said sure, then he smacked me upside the head. It hurt more than that locker. Even though life has knocked you down, you have come back. And we are here to tell our story brother. I will let you know when we are back in town, and know that we have an extra room for y'all when y'all make the trip to come see us. And I will cook my WORLD FAMOUS RIBS for you when you get there.
