Yep exactly! Mixes super thick especially in oats! But yeah I love FCC (got that as well). I do think flavoring wise MTS PB Cookies & Cream, mint cookies & cream and triple chocolate biscuit knock anything out of the park, BUT the macros are like 6 carb 4 fat 25 pro vs. select which is mainly protein.
Never tried MTS whey but yea the macros on Select are hard to beat

Not a fan of (most) vegan proteins, but definitely intrigued by the flavour! Might be the one vegan protein I enjoy

Question to Ben or the Reps who may or may not have this info
Since the inclusion of the Vegan and the Cafe series.. Which one has been the better seller?
With new flavors of the Vegan series, does that mean the Cafe series may find more flavors? Possibly a Creme Brulee, or White Chocolate Mocha?

TruMulti from PES available in a men’s and a women’s version

Both of the products are being described as all of what you need and none of what you don’t. Basically they’re well put together multi-vitamin supplements coming in easy to swallow capsules, with 23 well-dosed ingredients in the men’s TruMulti, and 24 in the women’s. Both versions appear to feature the same two highlights with 200mcg of Chromax chromium picolinate and 600mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha.

Omg, that ashwa dose. And good K2 dose too.
great stuff, interesting profile.

Can PES guy or other smart guys answer me these:
Why so little niacin? This is actually my problem with all multis. Mega doses of B1, B6, B12 but only little niacin. I'm a fan of niacin and would always like more. Is it because of the flushing?
Is copper helpful without iron? I've never payed attention to copper in multis but usually take copper when I take iron.
What's the reason for no selenium?

Good timing on the multi (picked up a couple bottles). Was just trying to find one to start taking and it also eliminates the need to keep buying ashwagandha separate.

Great stuff. I've ben using Opti-Men and my fiancé Opti-Woman for ages, this looks like it will take its place when it gets available in EU.

What are the benefits of Ashwagandha daily. I've ever only used it in Erase Pro.

Everything That You Want - Nothing That You Don’t

While on the surface most multivitamins look the same, TruMulti was formulated with over a year's worth of research. Each individual ingredient was precisely selected and formulated at the perfect amount for a daily multivitamin for athletes.

Other multivitamins on the market lack focus. When it comes to these products, more is not better. Vitamins and minerals need to be dosed precisely. Certains vitamins have absorption thresholds. Some can even be harmful if they are dosed too high. There are minerals that can hinder absorption of other minerals when taken at the same time if the doses or ratios are not at specific amounts. These are all the attributes we took into consideration when creating TruMulti, and other manufacturers clearly don’t even know exist.

3 Capsule Serving. Zero Tablets

Multivitamins are designed to supplement your daily diet. You don’t need a pack of 12 giant tablets to supplement your daily diet. More is not better in the multivitamin realm. You need optimal. We’ve removed all the fluff so you aren’t stuck choking down a handful of tablets.

When you look at a standard multivitamin, whether it’s athlete focused or not, you always see these blends of 10-20 herbs. It makes us sad to see manufacturers taking advantage of customers with these blends, throwing in every single herb they can think of at insignificant amounts just so they can say their product contains the ingredient.

We keep it straight and honest.

If you’ve spent any time researching multivitamins you have probably come across the studies on the disintegration of multivitamin tablets. Disintegration essentially means how much of the tablet actually gets broken down and digested in the stomach. If a tablet does not get broken down and digested, any of the undigested pieces will have a pretty hard time getting utilized by the body.

This is why we stuck with a capsuled formula. Other manufacturers use tablets because you can press a whole lot of stuff into those big tablets that feel like you’re swallowing dice. But we are a brand concerned on the product having maximal benefit.

Premium Ingredients

Most vitamins and minerals can exist in a number of different forms. Some are dirt cheap - that’s why you can find multivitamins for a couple dollars at your grocery store. But we have taken the time and spent the money to use premium forms. Below are specific highlights you most likely will not find in competing multivitamins.

Chelated minerals: We use chelated magnesium, molybdenum, and zinc. Chelated minerals are the cream of the crop when it comes to mineral absorption. Some minerals like calcium don’t have a hard time absorbing so the type of calcium used is less significant. But minerals like magnesium can have significantly varying absorption rates. Magnesium oxide for example has significantly worse absorption than magnesium aspartate.

Vitamin E Blend: We have used a blend of multiple forms of Vitamin E so you get a wide spectrum of your “tocos”. If you are well versed on Vitamin E, this is one you will really appreciate.

The Modern B12: Our source of Vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin, not from the cheaper and more common cyanocobalamin.

Chromax patented chromium picolinate: There is so much human research on Chromax that we don’t even know where to begin with it. Just know you are getting the best when it comes to TruMulti

NattoMK7 brand Vitamin K2: Most multivitamins don’t even contain Vitamin K. Some contain cheaper forms like K1, but we didn’t skimp out here. We wanted the premium K2.

KSM-66 - The Superherb

There are only a handful of herbs that we place in the “superherb” category. Herbs that we think should be taken every day due to their wide range of benefits and substantial amount of human research. KSM-66 is most known for its mood support, something everyone can benefit from on a daily basis. It allows TruMulti to be a multivitamin that you actually feel.

It is a great antioxidant, and has recently been studies for a multitude of other uses like hormone support, weight management, and more. No need for insignificant amounts of 20 herbs like you will find in other products. You just need a full serving of KSM-66.

Unbeatable Value

We know that multivitamins range from $5 grocery store products to grossly overpriced retail vitamin packs. The precision that TruMulti is formulated with places it at the top in the category, but we aren’t here to rob everyone on a multivitamin. We want it to be fair and affordable so it can work its way into every athlete’s daily regimen, and they can receive all the benefits. TruMulti will always be less than $1/day, guaranteed.

I'm not from PES, but you'll be fine. You can look at it from two angles. #1. withanolides (they have studies that use higher amounts than you find in a full dose of KSM-66) #2 KSM-66 itself, which has been used in higher doses of 1000mg in some studies I believe. Then, you can do an additional fact where you've seen people use KSM-66 at full 600mg dosage for years with no side effects.

This!

But I need to mention some people could actually experience lethargy/fatigue synptoms. it is due to the sedative effect it has on some people/ to low cortisol etc.

My friend tried 600mg KSM66 4 weeks. Everyday he felt totaly "wasted". No energy and sleepy. He tried to run it again after a break and he got same lethargy symptoms.

Any reviews of the wild berry out there?
Here is my post from another forum. Although I work for the company I have been honest about flavours I like ever since we first released Alphamine as our first flavoured supplement.

I have been a big vegan protein powder customer before. Here are my cliffs;

- Despite trying a wide array, most of them taste gross
- Some of them I actually threw away
- We taste tested the best on the market to check ours was better prior to releasing
- Select Vegan was the nicest I have tried (chocolate being my favourite)

I describe Select Vegan as the only vegan protein I was pleased with the taste. Obviously a plant protein still won't be as good as whey.

Berry on the other hand is the first vegan flavour ever where I could genuinely consume it in my protein powder rotation. It won't beat regular Select but for a vegan it is the best I have tried by a long, long way. :)
We experimented with different amounts of berry pieces in the powder. We have enough where you get the odd little crunchy bit in your mouth which really amplifies the taste.

Select Vegan berry flavour is my favourite plant protein flavour ever and by a good margin. :)

Thanks, Ben. The chocolate remains the best vegan chocolate on the market — I have high hopes and expectations for the berry as well.

Picking up 9 and 6 months of multis too, but can't check out for some reason at the moment haha.

While I'm waiting to check out, more questions!

Is the women's multi the best option for post-menopausal women as well?

looking at the price from the multi..and guessing it's going to stay under 30$ after the insider.. how can you justify the price of your ZMA? is TruFulvic that expensive?

also, is this going to available in europe after the launch?

I wonder if the Boron content will make it a problem for EU suppliers as it is illegal here. Ive seen some supplements with it in it so they might not be as strict about it.

Just bought 6 of the mens multis for me and 1 of the wild berry proteins for my gf. One of my new years resolutions was to get back into "general health" supps and this is a good first step. Now i just need to restart supplementing omega-3s...i know, shame on me for stopping.
