Go see an ART person, don't wait, don't do cardio just make an appointment. The longer you let soft tissue stuff fester the longer the recovery process takes.
Totally agree same as what i said. Soft tissue damage can takes months and months to properly heal. Very dependant on daily activites and re-stressing the injury also ancillary muscle will start to compensate and later will have and inbalance.
