That pBold is good stuff!!Ok weighed in and I'm up 2.5 lbs lol that's the Pbold and 17-Pro kicking in I know but it's still perplexing seeing my calories are really very low and my activity is way up. I trust in the process though. I could see I was leaner anyway.

It does seem like more volume than it looked like on paper. I can handle quite a bit now though. Actually Kris I am going to change some of the exercises weekly. Same format though. There may be less volume based on type of exercise though. M140 has turned me into a real volume pig though no doubt. I did not get in the higher rep range on some of the exercises as well so that will improve as well.It is just me but that is a lot of volume right now. Where do you go from here? Are you planning on keeping sets consistent and progressing via weight only? Just curious, you could build in sets by starting with a little fewer in the beginning then add a set every week or two. Ever giving yourself more to adapt too. Coming from your last program I think lowering the sets a bit and building them up may benefit you more by giving you more points of adaptation. Just something that popped in my head looking at it right now.

Okay rotating exercises will help. Just remember sometimes it also helps when programming to start out a little less volume and add sets or exercises throughout the program. It just gives you more variables to tweak when you start to stall.
