I get caught up in the numbers but my coach is always saying numbers will lie they will fluctuate machines and scales will be off one day from the next go by the pictures those tell the real story. One two week period my wife's weight didn't budge at all and we were strict on the diet she got frustrated but when she went into check ins. what happened was she was down 3lbs in fat and up 3lbs in lbm

lol I am more of a butt man myself. What I don't like much is fake boobs. You see these girls on facebook flashing their fake boobs and all proud of them and all I can think is why are they all proud of having an operation :(
Well think of it this way when you buy a bad ass car you are proud of it and post it up. Besides they are fun if done right. Far too many people get the way too big for their body boobs. If you are stretching skin out to fill them in they are gonna look not so good. You need some semi saggy boobs to start with and fill them up that is how you get a nice more natural looking boob job.


Yeah, some of the "calories burned" are way off. The body will regulate how many calories it burns. Run everyday? You burn less calories today than you did 6 months ago if you do it regularly. Gotta keep changing up to keep the body guessing!
Damn straight always have to push for faster or harder because the body is always working to become more efficient.

I can't sleep, my knees ache and I have RLS. Anyone else have this?

Good morning! Had another great workout this morning! Couldn't finish it due to everyone using the leg curl machines. Only got 2 sets in and lost my machine.

Attempting a back shot...I can't seem to get a good one...I'm getting stronger so can't wait to see the muscle reveal itself! Haha
Back shot looks awesome you are really getting a great bit of detail back there. Lost of muscle and the shoulders and biceps are looking damn good too!

Haha, noooooo, it'll take me all day to run that! My endurance sucks, ya'll! Doing more than 8 reps is my cardio! :'( haha, I don't know how I'm going to keep up when I run with the cops tomorrow. :( And Jersey is freaking cold compared to California! I'll die!!!!!! Hahahahah

First careful who you tell can stalk you until you know if they might really do it. LOL Second you will probably do much better than you expect, with all the conditioning you do now with the circuit training and MT classes your endurance should be pretty high right now. Not like you can't do it in intervals anyway. Run Sprint for 30 seconds walk for a minute and keep alternating you will finish about the same time as your friend. I like how some of these guys are talking about finishing a 3 mile run in 20 minutes without any extra training. In decent shape jogging 3 miles takes me about 28 minutes. I am a sprinter by nature some of the guys in here must be pretty decen distance runners naturally to be talking about those times. Either way don't sweat it even if you walk it that will only be about 45 minutes.

Kat don't worry it is not just you when trying to lean out. That's why I go by the mirror more than anything. Scale only causes frustration. I will still weight myself but no longer use it as a gauge for progress.
Follow your training and eating plans and you will have success!!

It was a semi heavy leg day because I wanted to rest tomorrow. I will be conditioning at Muay Thai tonight. Oh, I also start my new meal plan today and I'm pretty excited!

Weight is not the goal so much as composition improvement. We aren't talking about tiny weak women who don't desire strength but rather to fit into a smaller size clothes. We are talking about strong women who want strong and beautiful physiques here. Focus on composition improvements as things go in phases. You get a period when thins seem like they are not moving a lot then WHOOSH over a week or two you see sudden and dramatic changes in your physique. The scale can really be a de-motivator.

These girls are badass like the girls I work with. Women are fuggin tough too... damn I have seen some stuff that is amazing. I am not even close to my girls when it comes to mental and physical toughness.
