I still can't bring myself to take this stuff due to it's unhealthy nature and risk of previous injury flare up
Taking loads of omega 6 when your body doesn't need it, just to get some possible gains, doesn't sit well with me
Then again I've taken some shady stimulants in the past :/
Its only 1.5g my man. Think of it this way, I eat 130g of fat on any given day. 1.5g is hardly significant in terms of ill effects.
Not to mention a new study showing it has positive effects on heart disease (I'll have to find out where I saved this study) and numerous safety studies showing no negative effects on various markers at up to 50 days of continuous use.
What exactly do you perceive to be 'unhealthy' about it?
