J.W is ok I was probably being a bit harsh kind of expected more but overall I did the 10 week total evo stack started at 108kgs finished at 108kgs but lost about 4 cm off the gut and looked a little harder diet started out perfect ended pretty bad also hurt my joints. As a first I think its ok you really only have j.w epi or 11oxo that seem to get plugged as a easy going starter I have never touched them so cant really help.
