Snap. I am going to give these a go.

I use psyllium husks daily. Everyone knows I love my GI health! ;)
Good to hear, hope you enjoy them. I pulsed the blender a few more times after adding in the dry ingredients as well to mix it better.

Lol on a sidenote I emailed for the promo code and also gave a quick compliment on the Select line. The reply said thank you, and thank you for sharing the recipes. No promo code :p
Or are the promo codes given when the contest is done?

PES SnickerDoodle Cookies

Recipe

Dry:
40g Pancake Mix/Flour
40g Oatmeal (Grinded into a powder)
3g Cinnamon
3g of Splenda
3g of Baking Powder
1 Scoop PES SnickerDoodle Whey
8g SF/FF Vanilla Pudding Mix

Wet:
1 Egg
25g Greek Yogurt
Water to Batter Consistency

Directions

I used a magic bullet and grinded ½ cup of oatmeal into a fine power. Took that and in a mixing bowl throw in the rest of the dry (Pudding Mix, Whey, Baking Powder, Splenda, Cinnamon, and Pancake Mix)

Add Egg + Greek Yogurt and mix (it will be hard as a rock) and slowly add in water. I added around 1/3 cup to this to get a thick cake batter thickness, it should be sticking to the spoon.

Keep Mixing with a whisk or a stand up mixer until thick.

Pre-Heat the Oven to 350

Take a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray
Take a spoon and slowly tablespoon at least 1" away from each other as they will expand as seen in the final picture, These are QUICK they take 8 minutes when baked in my oven, so keep an eye on them around 8 minutes, may take a little over 9 or 7 depending on the baking sheet. The bottom should have a little golden brown to them, and the top should be fluffy when taking them off they will cool and be very moist/fluffy after cooling for 10-15 minutes.

Did Bob just make snickerdoodles with his snickerdoodle? Why didnt I think of that!?
Actually, I thought of it ;). Bob texted me what he should make. My answer:

Snickerdoodle -> Snickerdoodles
CnC -> Use it as the filling in oreos mixed with yogurt, make the oreo cookies out of the chocolate

CnC Select Waffles

Made exactly the same as the pancakes but in a different presentation. This whole stack was +/- 300 cals almost all protein. Still had leftover batter I made a crepe with.

Batter recipe:

Blend together 1 whole egg and 1 cup of whites
(Use more whole eggs to fit macros as needed)

Add in 1 scoop Select protein
1 tsp baking powder
1-2g sweetener or cocoa/vanilla

One of the following for volume and texture
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
Ground fibre source (psyllium, flax, etc)

I used psyllium husk so super low net carbs.

Cooks like any waffle, I used a Cuisine-art Waffle maker.

image-3451954495.jpg

tasted like I had massive cookies for breakfast but guilt-free, gluten free, low cal and super low carb.

image-3140033588.jpg

Top it however you like! I used chocolate syrup.

image-4112924961.jpg

Enjoy!

50g Complete Pancake mix
tsp Baking Powder
3g Splenda
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix

Wet:
1 Egg White
25g Yogurt
Water to batter consistency

In a small bowl combine all dry (Pancake Mix , Whey, Baking Powder, Splenda, and SF/FF Pudding Mix)

Crack in egg white, add yogurt, and use enough water to make a batter like consistency.

Transfer to a Small circular Tupperware container that is coated in cooking spray (to prevent sticking) and microwave for 3-3.5 minutes on a medium powder

Scrape the edge with a fork to make sure it is firm and ready to flip out of Tupperware and onto a plate (middle should be a bit soft/gooey) this will harden up as it cools.

Been making these with your recipe as well, great with all 3 flavours

Chef Bob is on a roll!

Pretty nervous for what is happening in my oven right now. My second attempt of a version of one of your recipes. Keep trying to cut out more carbs/cals from things but only works half the time.

I'm sure there was lots of trial and error for you prior to becoming master of the kitchen lol

It hurts twice as much to mess something up now though, as it would mean wasted Select protein. I would owe PES some kind if penance.

PES Select Cookie and Cream Whoopie Pies

Recipe

Protein Pudding:
75g Greek Yogurt,
75g Regular 0% Plain Yogurt
20g PES Cookies and Cream Select Whey

Whoopie Pies:
50g Complete Pancake mix
10g PES Chocolate Whey
3g Splenda
Baking Powder
Touch of Vanilla
25g Milk (Almond)
1 Egg White Stiffened and folded into the recipe

Directions

First of all combine your dry in a separate bowl and sift together (mix together)
Pancake mix, Whey, Splenda, Baking Powder
Add milk to bowl

Take the 1 egg white and stiff to a peak (beat on high power with your stand up mixer or hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until firm and rise up, slowly fold these into the bowl with the rest of the batter (will help with rising and moisture in the final product)

Coat the muffin trey with cooking spray.

Take your batter and use a spoon and place on a small muffin trey. Just make sure to cover the bottom of the muffin trey because these should be very thin cookies (Chocolate Cookies) to be used to sludge up and throw into the freezer.

This will vary around 10-15 minutes just to get them done and stick with a tooth pick clean.

In a separate bowl combine Whey, Yogurt, and Cream cheese and stir to make a protein pudding

Take your Pudding and place between the cookies and form your Whoopie Pie's and Done!

Select Cookies and Cream Cheesecake

Tastes like it should be making you fat but surprise, it doesn't!

620 calories; 84g protein, 28g carb, 16g fat.

8 oz. greek yoghurt
6 oz. cream cheese (95% FF Philly, use full fat or fat free to fit macros)
1 scoop Select protein powder
2 whole eggs (I used large Omega eggs)
1/4 cup sweetener (Stevia was used here)
Vanilla extract to taste (or cocoa/cinnamon)

Optional: pudding mix, flavoured syrups.
Topping: I used Select chocolate protein frosting, or use syrups, whip cream, fruit toppings, etc.

Use a mixer to soften the cream cheese, mix in the greek yoghurt followed by the dry ingredients. Add the eggs last and mix in slowly one at a time.

Pour into a cooking spray coated springform pan (this recipe amount works well in a 6-7" pan) or pyrex dish/cake pan.

image-329230640.jpg

Place in oven at 325 for 30 minutes then turn down to 225 for 50 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and let it sit out for 90 minutes. Transfer to a plate (this is where the springform pan helps a lot) then refrigerate at least 4 hours. Overnight is recommended.

image-1833701323.jpg

Top it how you like it.

image-2963557461.jpg

Cookies and cream/vanilla cheesecake came out rich, dense, and delicious.
