This. Leave overnight and it mixes. Imo the cost:benefit ratio is better if adding leucine is your goal.
 
Thought Coop mentioned once that Leucine makes you fat; and Oxylite Protein was the best profile around?

Guess that was before the PES protein. And I love Leucine. Can't wait to get my tub. Good job PES

I've never said leucine makes you fat. Unless I was drunk. I've been using leucine through AS for months and through SNS for years

I have a firm belief that nobody ever reached the top of their industry without gaining hatred somewhere.

Although it is frustrating, I like to take it as byproduct of us growing at such a fast rate. :)
 
Same as with all of the copycats of PES formulas, yes it sucks but it means you're doing it right.

A company acting the fool only helps the other company, it's amazing marketing having one company continuously involved in Marketing of another brand(yes they are marketing but they will never think that but they are). It's a powerful technique and the company being attacked should be grateful to the company on the attack, maybe send them a check....

It may even be an intentional tactic....Beef sells, the rap game has thrived on it since inception of rap...

If any company doesn't spark emotion, its not selling product and the company who is always complaining is not selling products...

at the end of this all we'll probably witness a stack between both companies at Nutraplanet. The consumer should hope for that..

I've always used whey casein blend for protein. However post workout casein just seemed hard to put down. I always stick with isolate and 5g Leucine.

not 100% necessary unless lactose for the isolate. Food overlap and also BCAA overlap from intra-wrokout beverage or pre-workout meal.

I was thinking along the same lines when reading the initial posting, and the theme of "non-full-disclosure" due to fear of copycats....I don't particularly need to know everything and how it weighs out, but I thought it had been common knowledge for a decade or more that whey/casein blend = Better than either alone, and that whey is insulinogenic taken alone, Leucine is "good", etc. That being said, its still great that protein powders are evolving to include all this good stuff, and proper ratios, plus more. Random protein powders of yesteryear are like caveman protein now lol.

Going back 10 years ago people started doing it. There was not concrete proof of it yet. Most of the studies on the blend of whey and casein are done in the last few years, some of the best ones only being a few months old.

So it's sort of like the high leucine ratio BCAA story. We all know its better because it makes sense scientifically. But you get the guy who says "ooo but only 2:1:1 has been studied im gonna stick to my inferior stuff".

People said the exact same thing about combining whey and casein years ago, and drew up theories about how it could be worse. Then it was researched and the science spoke up showing how superior it is, as people with good protein knowledge expected it to be.

So while it has been done for a decade by people "in the know" and who understood protein, only recently has it been scientifically backed, and now commercially viable through SELECT Protein.

And it tastes amazing...

This is true, there wasn't too much science to prove the claims back in the day. But as I said, I don't even care about the nitty gritty statistical specifics of how the weight of this and that figures out in the scoop.....and just because some of the ideas used have been known for a while (at least known by people in the know), it does not mean its not an innovative product. You guys put together all the best aspects of protein supplementation and aminos etc into one product, which is beneficial to the consumer. I'll try some next go round instead of whey isolate, which still tastes like shyt years and years later (ON version) lol :D

I never got a shipping email either. I know mine is to arrive tomorrow though. How do I know that?. Just log in to your PES account, go to "My account", click on "view order" for the order you want. Then just scroll down a bit and click on "Track your order.".

Yeah no email. I just figured out how to track it on the PES site though. Says shipped, just no tracking info available yet.

You have to copy and paste the tracking number and search google for it. Google will give you a link to track your package. Or with google chrome, just highlight the tracking number and click, "Search google for..." and the tracking number or what is highlighted.
