How was the workout today
No work today ... Resting up for tomorrow n Mother's Day
I tried the BBB template for a month...until I realized that 5x10 on deadlift after 5/3/1 squats aggravated the **** out of my old lower back injury. I was getting so fatigued w/ the volume pulling after heavier squatting my form would get loose. So I ditched BBB on the 5x10 DL portion, but found the other 3, bp, press, & squat, worked great with it. Simple, and you get the workout done faster since you're not changin stations all over the gym.
It is SO damn boring tho....but I did get results.

Normally that's how you do it, I have the book. You heavy dead, volume squat, abs. Other lower body day is heavy squat, volume dead, abs.
5/3/1 reps for first, 5x10 on next, 5x10-20 on core.
Never tried it doing heavy of one & then all the volume of it after, seems less effective since you're only getting one day squatting & dlifting/wk.

got to cocky with bent over rows and threw my back out. but i'm doing much better. i didn't get to feeling thcyp until around week 6 . ifinished two weeks ago and with it still in me and the fact i am on pro x i am leaning out and gettingvascular. i gained around 15 lbs just eating like hell. no water weight like i thoogh. no bloating.
Need some input before I go lift chest tonight. My SH has been killing me for about 2 months now and I'm getting to the point where I'll be pressing mid 300s. Really don't want to miss out on some new PRs but I don't want to seriously hurt something either. Thinking about keeping the 531 but ditching BBB for other exercises....
