That sucks dick, I hope it doesn't get bad. It could be allergies bro, they have been wrecking everyone. My chick is a nurse so she's seen all kinds of people coming in thinking they were sick. Try some non drowsy allergy medicine or nasal saline solution if your congested.

Form was on point on all lifts until the last set for each 531 and BBB, when I began leaning forward at the bottom. This was acceptable IMO and I adapted by utilizing my upper posterior chain to correct for the deficiency

OH HAHAHA, I know what your talking about. Squats always made me feel like puking in the higher rep range, so lately I've adjusted and just squat 3-5x5 s/r depending on the day and pyramid down.
I had to run to the bathroom and puke the other day from squats sometimes sht just gets to hardcore ha

Sumos all day! Lol esp for the people with lower back problems.. Eversince I switched, and put more focus on Sumos, my back have never been better. But I still try to get some more ROM with snatch grip w/ light weights

And I know you're a strong presser, so if part of that is shorter arms (comparatively) sumo is gonna be mechanically advantageous for you over traditonal - and if you wanna raise your total fastest, def focus on one form or the other and stay with it for a long while. Nature abhors a specialist, but nobody ever broke a record by being a jack of all trades.
