I pinned IM today with the skeet slin pin in my quad and that shizz hurt... im a puss. Didnt feel it when i actually pinned it, but about 5mins later i felt some serious soreness in the muscle.

No way i could inject with a 25-29 gauge

That's no fun I only use a 22 for everything and never get pain I guess I'm just such a stud hah jk
But I guess everyone has different feelings with needles

With igf the alcohol burns. With aas its a large volume that causes pressure. With ghrh/ghrp I never had issues besides the one time I nicked an AB vein...

It's more of a mind fck than anything else

Leg day this morning. Can't wait. Stim free Focus XT then I'll be out of samples till the White Flood V2 gets here. Reviews by end of day. Then hopefully I'll get the Alpha 1 Max in by next Monday to add in the mix. 4 weeks of gettin it

That sucks dick, I hope it doesn't get bad. It could be allergies bro, they have been wrecking everyone. My chick is a nurse so she's seen all kinds of people coming in thinking they were sick. Try some non drowsy allergy medicine or nasal saline solution if your congested.

Been doing corrective squats with heels elevated on plates for the last month. Today I ditched the corrective exercises and went all out. It was awesome. Form was on point on all lifts until the last set for each 531 and BBB, when I began leaning forward at the bottom. This was acceptable IMO and I adapted by utilizing my upper posterior chain to correct for the deficiency

OH HAHAHA, I know what your talking about. Squats always made me feel like puking in the higher rep range, so lately I've adjusted and just squat 3-5x5 s/r depending on the day and pyramid down.

Had to kill it. Had some dude next to me in the other cage, must've been 6'3 250 barely using more weight with poor form less reps. Love it when us little dudes kill it

I know what you mean Palm, but height is just one of those dam things like bodybuilding, you always want more haha. I got those 2 inches you want and I would want 2 myself haha. I think I need to start working on my bench when I look at your numbers, feeling like a weakling following this log

Years and years of hard work. I remember the first time I put up 225, then could rep it. I remember the first time I put up 315 with an assist, now I can probably rep 8-10 with a light warmup. 4 plates is my next goal

Yea man.. Stick with what's comfortable for u.. I use to be soo stubborn on always doing conventional n back was taking a beating.. I'd go for the whole week with a back pain foam rolling n shyt.. But yea man ur numbers are solid bro no lie.. U hit 445 for reps homie!!

And I know you're a strong presser, so if part of that is shorter arms (comparatively) sumo is gonna be mechanically advantageous for you over traditonal - and if you wanna raise your total fastest, def focus on one form or the other and stay with it for a long while. Nature abhors a specialist, but nobody ever broke a record by being a jack of all trades.

And I know you're a strong presser, so if part of that is shorter arms (comparatively) sumo is gonna be mechanically advantageous for you over traditonal - and if you wanna raise your total fastest, def focus on one form or the other and stay with it for a long while. First time doing sumo in years. Forgot about its awesomeness. Completely diff kind of pull. Still like the neutral grip trap bar for my lower back but I may ditch it for all sumo next week
