Life got in the way of my training session tonight. Back day was pushed until tomorrow. All is well. Just have to make up for that extra rest day with some heavy barbell rows.

Ive been drinking almond milk for a few years now. Regular milk doesn't sit well with me. I dont normally eat kashi tho. I was just out of other options

Regular milk is nasssty stuff. So much crap/blood/guts in milk. As someone who has issues with gluten, milk products don't work well for me. Greek Yogurt is the only thing I can really handle and even that is eaten in moderation.
Way back at the beginning i used to drink chocolate milk like a mofo. Those days are long passed.
Do you still blow bubbles in your protein shake?
A better question is who doesn't do this?
