Lat pulldown 125 15 reps drop 110 15 reps ss
Reverse grip lat pulldowns 110 X 15 drop 95 X 10 ss
Weighted lat shrugs 45 lbs X 7..

Back thickness seated row 120 X 15 ss bent over row 135 X 10 3 sets of this
Fugg!!! I was trying to keep 3/1/2 but near the end it was just impossible the pain was too intense...
