Upped my calories this week in an attempt to add a little size. Not sure it helped any but by Tuesday I will go back to my original calorie count and cut back on the carbs again. Didn't look too bad in these pics just lost some definition in the abs.

12 mins for 125 calories on incline speed walk. Legs were wrecked had to stop here. Probably my best leg day in a very long time! I was very pleased with it overall. I have a 12 hour shift tomorrow so it will be a good recovery/full day off the gym for me. One last carb up meal of spaghetti and I'll be shredding up the rest of the week. I was happy to have a weight increase so late in my cycle.

As I've mentioned I have allowed my carb intake to rise the last few weeks, mainly clean but also a few cheat meals in there as well. What is the result? It seems nothing but good things! Could be the incline presses but it could also be that you gained 8 lbs... That and to be honest the biggest thing that will make you upper pecs stand out is getting leaner which you have done for sure.
Definitely bro, I think tightening up has improved my chest definition greatly. I was just surprised at the size that I'm gaining on it. I love that the added weight is coming with such little bloat/fat.

Off day today, as I mentioned yesterday I have to be at work for 12 hours so I figured I'd skip the gym and let my body rest. I can't believe how sore I still am from my shoulder workout the other day! I love that feeling because after being in the gym for years straight I rarely get REALLY sore like I am today. Tells me I did something right! ;-)
Weight still going upvery pleased with that. The carb up treated me well! I told you guys hdrol was where its at for me! I'm not sure how that happens with me but sdrol doesn't effect me quite like hdrol. I love this sh1t! I may even up the dose a bit for next week but in doing so I will have to pick up another bottle. Anyone know of a truly good clone I can go with? Was looking into Halo-25 by LGI, saw some good reviews. I'm not sure about this though, I really wanted to be done cycling by the weekend of the 17th because that is my bday and I wanted to do my normal drinking for the weekend as we always celebrate by staying up at the casino's in Detroit for the weekend! It's going to be sad if I can't do anything!!! We will see how it all plays out.

Yea I definitely agree! Trade one for the other by changing that stance! Funny part is my girl has always loved how large my chest is, even when I was considerable smaller she loves my man cleavage lol. Yet in pics I have never been able to emphasis the size of my chest, that new pose really helps to get the point across! Will look into IML halo. Not sure I want another compound added at this point though!! lol

Alright guys seems I've hit a wall... Not sure how this will play out. When I got home I was hit by a crazy flu out of nowhere. I have been hurling every 20 mins for the last 9 hours or so. Joints are so stiff that when I had nothing left and was dry heaving I tweaked muscles all over the focking place. I literally haven't had the stomach flu in about 13 years so this is really odd. Not hitting the gym today and it feels like I've dropped like 4 lbs just from hurling... Not good...
