Pfft Ill curl in the squat rack all day son. Somebody comes and tries to say some sh*t ill just growl and they'll walk away; or they keep at it and I shove an Oly bar up their bumhole. ;)

That sounds painful...though I know a couple of lads at my gym that would enjoy that hahahaha , seriously this 2 only squat lke 10 reps with the 25's on the oly bar for like 10 sets but take forever >_<!!! They rest a lot and never change weight since they "don't wanna get a big waist or disproportionate legs!" X_X Quoting Martin Berkham "We have a F*ckarounditis epidemic in our country"

Lol I've been known to spend 30 minutes at the squat rack on squat day. After warming up properly; it being the first exercise of the day; and then doing my sets. Depending on the energy level sometimes takes some time. And then after I'm done. I can barely walk to my next exercise....

Well yeah but you see , you DO go heavy , I suppose you DO sit on your calves or close to full ROM and have proper form...and are not afraid of the "big waistline" haha , this guys don't and there's only 2 squat racks in my gym :(!!! And I wouldnt mind this if they let us work in , but they have this..."b1tch please" attitude...so we just have to wait until they are done if the other squat rack is busy too :(

Yet to watch the series, after reading the first book i just wasn't a fan. I know i'm one of the few out there cause i know lots of people who love both the books and the series.

Sad thing is that he is never gonna finish the books...its been years since he has released one , and it will take ages for him to release the rest and finish the series...and he is getting old you know?
 
I wasn't aware it was based on a book series (though that's not surprising, at all). I heard a lot of raving and just figured, "why not?" I started watching them with the girl a few weeks back and we caught all the way up to being just one episode behind (didn't see this past week's, yet).

I enjoy it, but there is a lot that I don't enjoy (animals dying and such lol), but that's just because I'm a pansy.
