Never Listen to Milas about RecoverPro

You know how Tony hates bad English. He literally goes mental and then starts talking about why he falls in love with people. I think he has a romantic link with the English language.

Is that why he always talks about you being his lover.... ? I thought he just had a thing for British folk.... Well I guess it does make sense. Tony never liked me ; ;

I think so. I wonder if he had a crush on his English teacher in school and now he has a fetish for when people correct his grammar?

That might explain the weird emails he keeps sending me!

been 2 years since i've visited hawaii, I wish I could go more often. But we hit Puerto Rico every year, which has a bit of similarities. Puerto Rico feels more hectic though in some ways, Hawaii is waaaaay more relaxed.

Hey, where ever you are always good and bad things. :)

I was going to visit PR and Hawaii some day, but I can't get the bike there. There needs to be a bridge or something. :D

My step-father is English and has an obvious accent. Not too long ago, somebody seriously asked him how long of a drive it is from England to Florida...:frustrate

Maybe AgeForce should look into making a Nitrous Oxide patch for Fl3x to cheer him up! Maybe a scratch and sniff patch to help keep him occupied!

They should put nicotine to all of their patches

Haha, this is beyond stupid!

I have heard a 'fact' that a large portion of Americans don't know where Europe is. Is there any truth to this?

I would have a hard time believing that a LARGE portion of Americans don't know this.. IMO

Ashamedly, it's probably more common than you believe. It just might not be common in your area. I'd be willing to bet if you walk through a mall and randomly ask, many people will not be able to locate Europe on a map.

My wife is a teacher and started out in the public school system. Despite being an English/Literature/Reading teacher, she was not allowed to correct improper grammar. She was often asked to find ways to pass students to the next grade. She taught 14-17 year old students that couldn't read and write on the level that was expected of 10-11 year old students. These were usually the students that she was told to "find a way to pass them." She had a major issue with this system, so she got out of it as soon as she was able to.

This is quite a sad story. Is this why Tony's grammar is so poor?!

...or change horrible into an adverb, no?

EDIT: This thread moves to quickly. It looks like we've moved on to other slanderous topics already!

As in, "horribly disgusting"? Good shout Nate Dogg, good shout indeed.

I'd rather see the tassels on Schizm's cow than the ones on your n!pples! Btw how do you keep those on there? Tape? Clamps? Seems painful either way!

Tiny little string with a slip knot.

You need to put a comma between two adjectives lol.

Again, my grammar is fine (as well as my diction, morphology and syntax), it is my spelling that is lacking at times. Do you even know wtf the word "grammar" means? It is not interchangeable with spelling, yet you Mr. "I'm so ****ing proper" use the word as if they were one and the same thing. Seriously, if you are gonna gig on me, at least pick the right damn word for the weakness you plan to exploit. But then again, this has just kind of become our little thing, so I am just supposed to play along, right? Screw that!
