I'll join in but my pics will be progress pics my reall after pics will com near the beginning of August and I guess this ends late June. I took some before pics on Saturday, they look awful, I am pretty sloppy. Oh and I am going to include one of my trainees in the comp. He's 61 and not at all heavily muscled but he is really having fun in the gym and just wants to get himself organized. So far he is using no supplements and I am not recommending anabolics at this time.
My pattern will be not optimal for this either I have to deload next week so will only have 6 weeks of training under my belt. I am going to start my 550 run at the begginnig of that so I hope it sheds fat off me so we can see a major difference. I won't be hard and finished like I will be 4 to 6 weeks later but I should be fairly lean.
