FINAFLEX 550-XD THE RESURRECTION OF TURNING GREEN (Sponsored LOG)

Yah don't overthink lifting style to improve chances of getting more cut. The biggest reason that I have to steer away from certain lifting styles when I am that light as I am a tad more fragile. Yah you may want to isolate some areas to alter your look but that is pretty easy to figure out.

Oh I can see I have you SKEERED! Gonna change up your plans just to beat little old me. You can do the Insanity Workout twice a day and train for a marathon, doesn't matter. You are still going down like a $20 whore!

Too Much?

Yeah a bit harsh LOL! I'm sticking to Kleen Machine for the rest of the 550-XD, but I may want to go to something a little more aerobic for the Epi-V. Oh and little would not be an adjective I would use to describe your physique hahaha.

No by all means change it up I wouldn't blame you at all. My training is getting ready to change too but not because of the competition. I was already trying to cut up and had what I considered a pretty good workout plan in place. Now I will just be more vigilant about following the plan.

Mine will actually not include any heavy weights for a while. Just good volume, minimal rest and light weight. Just because we are going to compete against one another doesn't mean I won't offer up assistance or advice to anyone I am competing against. I want everyone to bring the best they can to this. Speaking of did you ever decide if you will be running 3 or 6 Epi-V a day for the bridge? I need to know if you want me to do that bridge for you. I doubt it would actually be much different if at all then what I sent you when we were discussing it.

I'm going to run the 6 caps. As long as I can avoid drying out. Yeah man I was thinking this was a friendly competition just to keep everybody on top of their goals haha not a cut throat blood and glory deal lol. Just trying to keep things interesting with a good group of brohams. My only concern for the bridge is the transition from 550-XD to Epi-V with out leaving a bunch of capsules behind. I still have about 27 days of 550-XD left. As for the workout I'm considering going back into Hyperfitness...such a badass protocol. I may be able to keep my calories the same too based on the high expenditure attached to the protocol.

Finally got the trainer to take skin folds...came out to 12.6% BF @ 217.4 lbs...Im really seeing excellent progress in my extremities and also some decent progress in the mid section. Still carrying a good amount of skin chub (for jeff lol), but things are shaping up.

Awesome, that a carp load of bf that just dropped. This right here is whats going to motivate me along with other great examples of people success.

I WANT PICSS "no homo"

Yah I am interested in seeing this ... wow.. we have had so wild tihings happening with our supps lately that is hard to explain really... madness but I don't doubt this for a second...

I LOVE me some Finaflex, they are a damn good company and I stand by there products. However I think that number is skewed due to faulty bf reading at the beginning. We all told Green he looked leaner than 19% at the beginning of this, and not to buy into the type of measurement he was using. We were all estimating closer to 15%, so using the same math lets just get an estimated lean body mass from there just for comparison sake.

215 x .15 = 32.25 fat and 182.75 LBM
217.4 x .126 = 27.40 fat and 190 LBM

Fat Loss - 4.85 lbs
LBM Gain - 7.25 lbs

That sounds a lot more likely in 24 days considering that is already comparing to Superdrol at that point. At 17% right in between he would have gained around 11 LBM which is also possible and ridiculously impressive too.

Curious... Green since we already know the calipers are more accurate can you do a reading with the other method to give us a point of comparison?

Yah I remember and that will clear things up for sure. I forgot about the different method he used at first. I thought I was going nuts... still 2.4 % in 3 weeks with a net gain of 2.4 lbs is still very good. Lets see what the other method says so we can get a accurate picture.

Yeah, and if it ends up being 11 or above that would be insane. Hell even the 7.25 of lbm in 3 weeks from a DSHEA compliant supp is absolutely amazing during a bulk much less while losing body fat.

I did use the electronic machine yesterday and it gave me a 16.4 BF reading. I was extremely pissed being that this was higher than last weeks, even more so knowing that there was just no damn way. The trainer was there so I had him take skin folds which came to 12.6% he also stated that the electronic device wasnt very accurate(FML) I hate that I didn't take skin folds to start. I got the start reading from the accumeasure caliper I can do this when I get home. I'm still estimating that my BF% was between 17 and 19% at the start. Sorry for the confusion on this. I will make it a point to have the trainer take skin folds from here on out.

Yeah basically either way you go it is a tiny bit over 2 lbs for every % body fat. As far as the BF, it is more the consistency of the measuring device and person doing the measurements. Whatever you get from the Accumeasure will give as a much better comparison since it is the same device and you will more than likely measure the same spots as last time. Assuming the pressure sensor on the accumeasure is set up correctly though is should be pretty close to accurate. I often wonder too though because that is what I have at home and sometimes I am sure it is reading lower on me than I am. Of course the little bit of loose skin on my abdomen makes it hard to get an accurate pinch sometimes.

Yea that did sound a bit to good to be true before with the 19 to 12 bf change or whatever. I'm thinking the 11 lb swing is more like it, in any case amazing results and like green said you can't take anything away from him either he's worked his a$$ off!

No doubt, Green is an animal.

Congrats Green... In for the picts for Shizzle!!!
