No but Old Fugger AKA DreamWeaver is in this too unless he pulled out and I didn't know about it. Morry said he was going to try to get the thread up soon but I have not seen it yet. I took my pics a little bit ago anyway just to get them out of the way.

Day 72-76

weight (for today) 230 +18

I got 3 workouts in this week. I'm in sales so close out week is pretty crazy and work isn't slowing down.

I'm eating as much as I possibly can, but I think this week I'm going to cut back down a bit.

Back pumps are unfreaking real. They are also in my shins. It is difficult to do even the most simple of movements. Even a car ride over 15 min is a task. I brought taurine into work with me today. I'm going to dose the fock out of it and drink a ton of water to see where I'm at.

As of today, I'm dropping the pins of masteron e and tren a. I'll stick with the suspension of test and tren only until I get these pumps under control.

I should be much more detailed as normal. I just had too much going on this past week.


Back and Shoulders tonight.

Sorry to hear about them back pumps bro. Sounds pretty bad. Hopefully that Taurine works. It always seems to do the trick for me, though I never get any kinds of sides that are bad at all.

I had that problem with the link to but I found the log in the oldschool hormone section pretty easily.

Morry sorry to hear about those pumps, they can be debilitating for sure.

Going with the structure that I emailed you but added a kicker into it which I'll start today or tomorrow depending how frisky I feel. ;-)

weight 226 (+14)

Back / Shoulders

Focking pumps were stupid. I did tear up a little bit of dead lifts and I finished 3 circuits but it was hell. I'm going to ease off the tren ace a bit....

Deadlift 135x5, 225x3, 315x5, 405x10, 455x6 I felt really strong pulling but the pumps got so bad, it took me 10 min just to unload the weight. I'm not a puss either, I can rough through some sh1t. This is some horrible ass sh1t to deal with. Again, lowering doses.

Funny $hit... Ok, so Morry works out at the same gym I do on Monday evenings, I helped get him a corporate membership so he could belong to all the LA FITNESS's for one low price, anyway, he works out in the evening while I do my cardio and it is funny to watch him, because he walks around the gym like a fugging Gorilla that got loose from the Zoo. Everyone stares and looks at him, girls do double takes, it really is funny to watch. I would tell him this stuff, but his ego is big enough!

Just today the girl at the front desk asked us if we were brothers when we walked in, we get this a lot, and of course we always say yes, but Morry always has to chime in, I'm the younger better looking one, but the girl did me a huge solid, she said, "I guess so, but your brother is so much bigger & taller than you!" Bahahahahahaa!!!!

Kidding. I'll bridge into test only in a week or so, maybe more. I'll stay on test for at least a month by itself to let everything else in my body recover. The dosage will taper as well.

Al and I have to find time to hit the gym. It's been a while since we killed some weights together. We do freak ppl out bc we are so sarcastic a lot of the time. It makes me laugh.
