Hvactech and houstontexas are both good in my book!
Houston made an honest mistake (a very small one too) and made up for it with the rest of his Slin Sane and some other good stuff :)

Yep I agree entirely. Pretty good community here, i have been a member of bodybuilding/coms forums since 06 and i wouldn't trust them still haha.
