We are offering the 4 of you each a bottle of Pro-Xanthine and all I ask for is ...Fuggin Results!!! :) ... All I want is for you guys to do well and I have expectations on what that is.

Send me your addresses and we'll get this fuggin going... we are expecting a big shipment of Pro-Xanthine next week so it should ship out sometime then, I'll let you know.

I get the feeling you guys are all very committed so lets rock this fugger!! Not asking for anything I haven't already done myself. Spring is around the corner!! It's go time!!

Hello. This is my first post, and may be my only, but I just wanted to pop in here and thank you guys.

I have been watching this site for awhile, I stumbled upon it looking for info on supplements to help get me back in shape. I never registered or posted because a lot of this stuff is over my head and I would have definitely sounded like a noob, and I figured it was for the hardcore BB. I just gleaned what info I could. Then I stumbled on this thread and HEY ... there's guys like ME ... my size and going through what I am going through.

I just want to thank you guys for chronicling your journey. It's given me hope, motivation, and plenty of info to get me started. Keep up the hard work and Good Luck on your journey to Shredville.

Let me say this. There are many sites out there that will give you bad advise or are to ****y to want to help a person who is truely in need. Stick around and don't be affraid to post in here. Some know more than others but who cares. We are all here for the same goal to get back into shape. Or for some to get in shape for the first time in there life.

If there are questions no matter how dumb they may sound just ask. We will all give you some sort of answer. Many people in this forum and in this log are genuine people. And for as much smack talk we may do it is all in fun.

Thank you for taking a look in here and posting up. And remember the only dumb question is the one you don't ask.

I saw a post DreamWeaver made, and it lead me here. Looks like I'd be right at home. I don't want to bore anyone but I'll give a quick rundown of where I stand weight wise.
-I was always one of the chubby/fat kids all through school.
-Got divorced and laid off from work in 2006, age 26. Started working out and dieting. I went from 310lbs 44" waist down to 180lbs 33" waist in less than a year.
-Started bulking up, messed around with a lot of supplements including original HD50. Went back to 240lbs but keep jean size between 34-36.
-As time went on, I started dating my current wife, spent less time working out, started eating bad, and found myself back at 310lbs, just more muscle now then when I started at 310.
-Last year I started back working out, gearing up for my wedding. I dropped to 280lbs. Had great results from AlphaT2/Shift, Anabeta, Titanium, etc. Then 2 weeks after we got back from Cancun, my wife lost her job and received no unemployment. We put gym membership on hold, and I ballooned back to 308-310.
-Now gym membership is starting up again, I'm 5 days in on T2/Shift and I'm ready to hit 280lbs again on my way to 250..

I will be following along, gaining motivation from you guys..

Doug is one of the best here at AM. He kills it daily and his results speaks for themselves. He has helped me out a lot just like many others. There is definitely a lot to learn from the old fugger ;)

You guys are doing great in here! Keep killing it gentlemen!!

Thanks brotha. Now if I can just stay motivated to do cardio. I have this darn warrior dash in like 3 weeks. And dont feel like I am prepared cardio wise. Strength wise no problem. It is the stamina I am worried about. So for the rest of this week I am going to try and get my cardio time up.

My oldest is currently doing 30miles a week. He just figued out that deadlifting REALLY sux after a 6 mile run :)

Thanks for the warm welcome gentlemen, definitely makes a guy feel like sticking around. :)

My story is just like any other, wife, 4 kids, work ... eventually it was easier to hit the couch and a bag of chips than hit the gym and a rack of weights. Lol, for awhile I even thought it was cool to say I was 6'4 300lbs, not so cool for the overall health though. I started this weight loss yoyo about 3 years ago when I had gotten up to 320lbs. Got down to 280 at one point but got sick for awhile and got out of the habit of hitting the gym.

I'm ready for a lifestyle change. I consider myself an outdoorsman and being lean and mean would definitely help out. I'd like to be able to dunk a basketball again and I would definitely love to be able to take my shirt off in the summer and not look like 300lbs of chewed bubble gum. I've set a goal weight of 250 and plan to reassess when I hit that point, and I WILL hit that point, it's going to be a great day.

Thanks again for the welcome and hopefully I can return the favor and motivate and inspire you guys as much as you have me.

Well lets all make the change together. If there is anything we can do just say it. Dont shy away from it. We all make mistakes and learn from each other.

Got on scale this morning and when I started I was 305 and now I'm 290. Don't know where I'm losing it, pants are about the same but I'll take it. It's been a rough week w/o wise. Havent slept good and my energy is zapped. Not sure why, but it's been a battle

Nice man, keep it up.

I know what you mean about not sleeping well, been about 3 nights in a row for me. I've been home for 2 hours and already taken 2 naps. Decided to take the night off from the gym. Good news is my hghpro arrived in the mail today so hopefully it works as well for my sleep as it has for others.

Broke my fast at 12, extended the feed a bit (8:40) to get in 50 more grams of protein. Getting home after 7 sucks, what can I say.
