Onlychevy6 - Leaning up with some M1P, Subres and DAA-HCG (Sponsored)

Bro I missed some days being layed out from surgery, but I'm glad I saw these pics. Your progress and hard work show. You can tell in your arms, but for me I see a big change in the back and abs. Nice work bro. I'll be out of the gym for a how ever long Dr. has me down. Nothing was torn, they did take an inch of bone off right shoulder.

I am still not pleased with my pics. But non the less I said I would take some so here they are.

Damn Bro, glad you are ok, good to have you back! How much longer are you out before you can come back very light and/or start to re-hab the shoulder?

Dr has me out of work a week aka this week lol. With possible next week. I start therapy tomorrow morning. Nothing was torn so that's good. But the inch of spur sucksss haha. Dr. told the wife I should recover just fine. I hope to rehab for 3-5 weeks then ligthly get back into it. Dr seem to feel that nothing would keep me from lifting again, so good news on that end. Pain comes and goes, but the meds make me go out cold lol.

What did they give you vicodin and motrin? Glad it went smooth. I will train my butt off to try and make up for you not being able to workout. Lol

I actually tried a vicatin year ago and couldn't tell nothing at all. They gave me loricet plus. it helps but then they gave me dermarol and it didn't help. The loricets help the most.

FYI I'm drooling over your workout now lol. I did PT today and sob hurt like a mofo, and I saw this 90 yr old sob using db's for curls. I was like wth when I am going to get some of that lol.

Ok riddle me this. My bp numbers have always been off. My systolic # has always been in the high 130s to low 140s and my diastolic # has always been low to mid 80s.

Yesterday I checked it and look at this. I have better bp while on cycle then not. How is that possible?

2/1/12

So let's start this off by saying after 2 1/2 hours of sitting in traffic I get home hurry up and change and rush out the door. I get half way to the gym and realize oh crap I forgot to take my pre workout and my BCAA. I was already tired from work today and was looking forward to a little pick me up. Now second can I say the Circuit training blows when you are worn out to begin with.

This training session only had 20 seconds of rest between each rep and 2 minutes rest between each set.

I was completely worn out after this routine. It was good and bad. I was able to tell the difference from when I am taking the pre-workout compared to not.

Yeah that extra pick-me-up from pres is sometimes the only way I make it through some sessions! Way to grind it out though!

Yes there is quite a difference in intensity an endurance, when I leave them out I really can see the difference.

No question. If you think your pre workout isn't doing anything anymore try a day without it. Lol

Man when I first joined the forums, JD had me do a log on APS orginal Mesomorph. I swear That shiz made me feel like I had a personal Trainer up my arse every workout. But the formulat changed and it didn't do as good imo. Now I'm hooked on Craze. That stuff is wicked. Sometimes I'll go to work and drop by our java cafe and get a white chocolate mocha with two extra shots of expresso for a pre-workout from hell haha.

2/3/12

Tonight I go my pre workout supp in as well as my BCAAs. Yeah a big difference. I will find that happy medium so I am not dependant on them. Strength was not bad. Focus was even better. I bumped up the weight a little just to see how I felt and it was nice.

I concur... great Job Brotha! It's what I have always preached from the get-go... consistency... consistency... consistency!!!

Yeah man. People think Im crazy for wanting to do that warrior dash..BUt Ive lost 12 pounds in the last month...I feel the same way

Consistency is the key ingredient to success. You can be less intense and more consistent and you'll still come out on top. Every time.

Johnny. Rock that warrior dash!

Yeah man. People think Im crazy for wanting to do that warrior dash..BUt Ive lost 12 pounds in the last month...I feel the same way

There is nothing crazy about that! Who are these people poking at you for wanting to do that, do they all have sand in their Vaginas, have they all lost their Man-Cards! Doing something like the warrior dash is like proving to yourself you are still a MAN, not to mention how much fun, and then drinking beer after and eating like a Spartan Warrior who just won in battle! You go for that $hit Bro, you train hard and make it look Easy!!!

Heck yeah. Didn't know you are doing one also. Mine is the match 17th warrior dash

I was actually inspired by you chevy. And was talking to people at work about you and how far youve come and the fact your not done yet!!!!!

Wow. Great job man!!

Great stuff as always Jeff. You continue to set an example with your dedication to your weight loss and training.

Come see my 2 week fat blast with Lyle MDonald's The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook using an Intermittent Fasting protocol similar to Lean Gains. It will be a mini log updated daily, pics from beginning, end of week 1 and end of week 2.

Haha you know I am following all of your 15 logs just on a rotation. LOL

2/6/12

Lets start this off by saying with the change in my diet and this circuit training I am doing, I was soaked in sweat and I actually up chucked after my workout go figure.

The energy level was up until I hit the 3 rep I was toast but I finished it out like a man. I even lifted heavier this go round and it actually felt right.

I used the Omron HBF-306f body fat scale at the gym. It was 6:30 in the evening I had two meals prior to hitting the gym, my scale weight at that moment was 237 lbs and measured 27.3% body fat. Not sure how accurate it was being I ate twice before the test but what ever I was guessing my bf% was around 26 so I was pretty close in my guess. lol
