Onlychevy6 - Leaning up with some M1P, Subres and DAA-HCG (Sponsored)

Nice workout plan. I like that layout. It's a lot of work.

The warriors look great. I would have started off there but a friend of mine challenged me to do the Mudder so I said screw it. Why not!? Lol.

Awesome that you're doing it man! You're going to do great. I can't wait to hear how good you feel after completing it!

Lol. It's ok. I'm only ever on my phone anymore and the app doesn't have reps. I hate that I can't rep people!

Today is day one of my new training regimen. I felt like I was in a sauna after the first 15 minute of working out. Albeit the weight was much lighter than normal. I was only lifting approx of my 1 rep max. In some exercises it felt too light. But like anything there is trail and errors to be made. Now as far strength and everything. My focus was good strength was solid especially since I am no longer taking Clen and T3. I ended my 3 week run on Sunday of that. So now all I am taking is M1P, epivar along with AI Recover Pro and Beast Mode from Beast sports. I have maybe enough of M1P for two more weeks because of the way I have dosed it. I think I am about to run some Rs - Transaderm. What is your thoughts on that?

Here is how it went. Did the full workout with 20-30 seconds of rest just enough to get ready for the next set. Once everything was done i rested for approx 2-3 minutes then did everything again.

Barbell Squats

20 reps 140 lbs

DB Lunges

Finished it all up with a 2 mile run. Was very unhappy with how long it took. I jogged a 12 minute mile. Man I have a lot of work to do.

I got winded reading that. Lol. Good work. It takes a couple of weeks to dial in those proper weights.

God have mercy bro that is wicked on the volume. We say it a lot but for reals thats some serious routines. When are you doing update pictures?

Nothing special. Mixture of all kinds of stuff lol... When I was playing ball I was able to run just under a 5 minute mile. Every since my ACL replacement in 2001 is when I was slowing down. I think the worst I ran was in 2003 when I stopped playing ball I ran a 6.5 minute mile. I used to be a quick fugger. I was also able to run a 4.5 in the 40 yard dash. I ran it this past weekend at my cousins completely out of shape and was able to pull off a 5.7 yard 40. I think once I get my stamina back I will be able to get my burst back as well. My new goal besides trying to finish the warrior dash is to reach at least a 7 or 8 minute mile in the next 8 weeks. And shortly after that i want to be able to get it down to at least a 6 minute mile. At my age and who know the body weight and or body fat I will be happy.

As long as you're doing 3 to 4 hours cardio a week it doesn't matter too much how fast you do it. The time will get better as you get lighter.

Well well well. Today was ruff. I did not get all my nutrition in prior to my workout because work was hectic. I only got in 1 of my 2 meals. My workout did not suffer surprisingly. I made up the lost calories in my after workout meal. I was sweating like a pig after the first few sets. I started the workout with a 15 minute warm up and ended the workout with another 15 minutes of HIIT cardio and finished that up with 15 minutes of cool down walking on the treadmill.

During the workout I was flipping thirsty as all get out. Time to add in some transaderm. I was going to add it in on Monday but I think I will add it in tomorrow.

Now keep in mind I ran thru the entire workout with only 20-30 seconds rest between each rep then rested for two minutes and did it all again.

Like I said earlier I was completely spent and felt like puking but I didn't. lol. Now keep in mind I am only lifting 50-60% of my 1 reps max. And since I really don't know what that is on each exercise yet it is a guessing game.

Damn what a good day already. One of my co-workers just walked by and said hey whats up slim. And was asking how much I have lost and that I am looking healthier then he has ever seen me. :)

Random, unexpected compliments when you're trying to lose weight are definitely the best motivation ever imo.

I know how you feel but I ask you, go look at the ones from the beginning and tell me you don't see a ton of progress. I do. Especially that back shot. There is a big difference man. Keep up the hard work. It's working!

Thank rahl.. I know there has been change especially in weight loss. The thing that bothers me is my shape is not coming back like I thought.

I have never had a thick chest. My build has been similar to your if you look back at the old surfing pics you will see what I mean. It almost looks like I have some moobs. And I dont like that.

Lol. I know what you mean bro. My pecs drive me fn crazy. They're want to droop on the outside and never want to grow on the inside.

Chest fat will probably start to drop though If you keep up the work!

Exactly that has always been my issue. Oh and I won't quit. I am determined to be lean again and stay that way.

Chevy..YOU THA MAN!!!!! Love this thread. anytime I wanna skimp out on working out..BAM!!!! Here you are rocking the weight loss. Keep killing it bud. Looking SOOOO much better these days homey!!

Tonights workout should be interesting. I will do the same routine as last week only to add in another set. So instead of two rounds it will be three.

I will be honest I did not feel any good pumps only a lot of sweating and soreness last week doing my new workout so this week should be better. At least I hope so.

My god.... That will be one insane workout....

Need to do something fellas. Let me tell you how this morning has gone. I took zero supplements over the weekend other than my n2gaurd. This morning since I will only be lifting 3 days a week instead of 4 like before I changed my dose of epivar.

I was taking 1 in the morning and 2 when I break my fast. Well this morning I took 2 and with in 30 minutes I felt the arms and chest getting tighter. Nice feeling plus my energy got a boost. I will also be taking 2 again when I break my fast. This will also be my last week of taking the m1p.

So far my thoughts are as follows.

Should this be taken while pulsing or everyday?

I think if you are taking this to build mass then everyday. If you are trying to cut then the pulse method at least for me has helped keep from losing a bunch of mass. I still, may look fat in the pics. But the clothes are fitting better and the weight number is remaining the same this last week.
