When I was finished I thought my arms were going to fall off. Of course my arms were also so pumped it was crazy. Felt like I had one of those machine that contract your muscles for you on cause it was pumping so often. LOL. Love that feeling.

Good stuff Jeff sorry I haven't been around much.

Nice weights on those DB rows man! Those are some strong lifts.

I would mirror Doug's concern with cals too. I would be afraid you fry your metabolism going that low for long.
Workouts are looking great.

Arthroscopic surgery is what I'll be having done boss next wend. Said I should be down for 1-2 days from doing little stuff, lol guess no sex with mrs. Anyway he said 90 percent chance only this will have to be done, small 10 percent they would find something worse and have to do more. He said he'll get rid of the calcium and that I have a slight bit of Arthritus in shoulder but nothing terrible. From what he could tell from MRI, nothing torn in the aci. He said the inpingement will be fixed as well, and should be ok after 4-6 weels from surgey and rehab. This is what is on MRI Report: Impression: Hypertrophic arthropathy of the acromioclavicular joint definite supraspinatus impingement. Intant mucsles and tendons of the totator cuff. Question intermauscular lipoma teres minor, significance doubtfoul. So what the heck ever that means lol.

hey man..checking out your numbers. hey, how do you do your preacher curls...close grip or farther just wondering. and do you go all the way don for a stretch or just before? i was talking to someone at the gym last week about preachers and said one way works better with the preacher version. Kinda doing a personal poll.

That is good news. Oh and you don't need your arms or shoulders to give some lovin to the mrs. There is always doggie style or you could just lay there and let her do the work. LMAO.

I personally prefer the ez bar for standing curls easier on my wrist. When I use the straight bar I have to have my arms a little wider. Yes I go all the way down straight armed and then up. Some times I do 7's many reps.

Cool man. Me too exactly. The dude i was talking to said the way I was doing them really doesnt do anything. Although I feel it lot more when doing them like this

Everyone will have there own opinion. As long as you lift in a controlled motion and contract your bicep at the top who cares if your arms are wide or narrow. Seems like all the skinny people can do narrow grip straight bar curls better that someone like me. LOL Too much skin chub around the waist. ha ha ha

Lol. You know what they say about opinions. I vary my grip on preachers. Narrow is harder on the wrist but it hits the inner bicep so much better. I've actually been working on wide grip curls lately though with a straight bar. I want to concentrate on the outer for a bit. They both "work".

Damn good point brother!! I know I'll be back with more motivation and hopefully full force. Still loving your log brother. Your starting to make your brother look weak!! And he's one strong mofo. You guys both are very helpful on the forums and glad yall are here.

yeah you skinny fuggers have it better then us big boys. LMFAO

All I want is a nice peak at the top of the bicep. When I hit my goal it am shooting for 18" guns

Thanks that is awesome of you to say that. As far as strength I would have to say he still has me in that dept.

Not for long at the rate your going! I got 2 brothers and nothing like good ole brotherly competition lol. But yeah both of you guys are strong mofos.

Keep killing it. and on preacher curls like he asked about being skinny or fat shouldn't matter. Your stomach is behind the preacher bench and your arms on on top/in front of it. Close grip works. As far as ROM goes, it isn't as important as elbow flexion and wrist position. For a preacher curl I recommend not going ALL the way straight it adds extra pressure to the capsule of the elbow, taking a chance at hyper extension. That can screw up your curling plans for a couple weeks. The muscle sees no benefit in locking the elbows out but the joints take a beating. You will grow either way.

Hey Jeff look what I found and just ordered for my vid you better get yours too!

Yeah i know all about the tough mudder. My goodness it looks insane. The difference is you are in good shape and probably wont have much trouble completing it. Where me on the other hand that's another story.
