Well now I really have to get my ass in gear. The ole lady just informed me today she wants to finally tie the know after 10 years of being together. She wants to do this in June of this year. :wtf1:

Hello here's a good one I'm 6.1 in tall and since 18 . I have weighed 125 pounds. I have tried to put on weight the only weight I gained was the calcium stones I got from all the cheese and milk shake and boy did they hurt anyone have any idears with out two much calcium. HELP

Just got to up the calories until you find a solid point for yourself. You'll definitely find a spot for gaining weight eventually.

How old are you now? Did you get calcium oxalate stones? I get them bad boys. And I am not talking little sand pebbles.

Thanks. I was married to my oldest kids mom. Cathie aka chevy6s chick and I have been together 10 years now. So not much will change other than her last name. We also have a kid together. I am out numbered. All daughters is what I have.

Look into insanity for cardio. That stuff is ridiculously hard.

I thought about doing a cycle and using just p90x. But a 90 Day cycle would hurt.
 
Yah if it gives you more motivation use it. Most of this is just mental, you can do anything you set your mind to, I think I have proved that more than once. If I can motivate others to do the same then that just makes it more worthwhile.

Jeff I like the idea of some P90X in place of cardio but if you're lifting I would create a hybrid or toned down version that lasted 20-30 minutes so you can stil recover well.

I have been thinking along the same lines, let me know what you come up with should you decide to add something.
 
P90X ab ripper was the real deal i always thought that routine killed my abs. Haven't done it all but if its anything like the ab ripper then its a solid choice for a kind of cardio replacement if toned down.

Had another heck of a workout. Tonight I even added in some BCAA's to the mix. I drank some 30 minutes before workout, sipped on it during and drank more after workout. Over all it was about 16 grams total.

Alright time for a quick update. As of this morning my scale weight is down to 244. Need less to say I am really happy about that. Pics wont show this but I am now starting to notice so changes in my body. Mainly in the shoulders and arms.
 
Hell yeah buddy. Its crazy that we see notices in the same places. Just noticed today, that im seeing verins in my shoulders that ive never seen before. I mean not vut and bulging, but blue lines uynder my skin. Chevy, Lets take over 2012!!!!!!!!

Dude remind me not to have another MRI lol. That put headphones on me to help with the noise of the machine. No freaking joke they played 1930's country music WTHH. I was begging them to just put me to sleep. Anyway results next week.

Well today was fun. I am trying out a pre workout supp to see how I like it. It is Beast Mode fruit punch flavor. My first thought was taste is maybe a 6.5 out of a 10. You get the fruit punch taste but the after taste is kinda powdery. I mixed it with 10 oz of water. I will say this that for this being the first night trying it I was impressed on how I was able to stay focused and was able to zone out and train hard. I was sweating like a pig midway through the workout. I bumped up the weight a tad over the first week of this workout so it was nice to see i was able to complete everything that I tried. The M1P I feel is keeping me feel thick and solid during the day and helping in the workout dept. Starting to notice veins in the forearms area. They are not bulging out but you can see the blueness of them. Means I am starting to get leaner I hope.

I haven't seen a log yet, but has there been any females testing M1P. I think it might be something to check out. Depending on how it is dosed it can be used to help keep any muscle mass that is being lost from doing a cut. Obviously most who take it is trying to add mass and have high calorie diets.

Jeff I train females and for my taste there is no reason I could think of to give them anabolics. I like the fact that women dont' gain excess muscle during resistance training. Everything they need do gain a dynamite shape is supplied by mother nature. Just my opinion...

I agree with DW here. Unless their goal is to be competetive body builders there isn't any need for the anabolics

Thank you. I am of the same thought as well. I was just curious to know of out had been done with bulking up.

Our PH's are only recommended for men 21 and older so I highly doubt you would see any sponsored logs by women.
 
Don't get me wrong, I do not judge women who do and want to use anabolics, like I said it's just my personal preference... which is nice curvy women with big round butts... heh heh... I like big butts....... I don't know why.....
