I can't wait to get back into it. I really need to take something for my muscle/pain relief. Do any of you guys have suggestions for a few good supps? I have cissus right now that I have taken but nothing great from it. I have looked at skelly balm and super cissus rx (capped) and a few others. I just wana get back into it...
Yeah I'm doing all that still. And not lifting anything or doing anything to cause inflammation.
Haha Matt. You rest? Yeah right. I'm doing enough rest for the both of us. Taking this time to get my diet ironed out though.

I can't stand having a few nagging injuries here and there, I can't imagine having stuff that serious. So I'm trying to get everything meshed and working again properly. I feel like either my si joint isn't lining up properly. And I have some scar tissue messing with my rotation. Or else I still have a lot of muscle tension that needs worked out. Doctors havent been much help. So not much change. Libido is back, but balls still kinda low volume. I was thinking about adding 25mgs of clomid on top of current regime taking clomid up to 75mgs a day. Could be I'm just being impatient though.
Weight wise still holding on. Barely though. I try to make sure I sleep at around 99 kgs. But that has been getting very hard.

Haha yeah yeahI just hit a pyramid set on bench up to 290 and felt fine while I was at work. So no big deal. Muscles have shrunk some but muscle memory is good. I did a few things and I think the stimulation will help keep them ready. Gona start doing some easy cardio soon. My damn hips hurt though. And don't forget I was hittin all those PRs at 16 :rofl: I. Would be killing Em if it would be for this rash of injuries I have had. Ah well. I'm just happy for you man you have really been workin hard and it has paid off for you. I know I'll get back it's just a matter of time.

Great workout! I REALLY think the creatine in pre workouts make the difference for me when it comes to strength. I really like the Huperzia Serrata as it was in White Flood and the Mucuna Pruriens pre workout. DMAE seems to be good in all of these. Energy was constant, focus was good, and this time I got some good pumps. Only problem... is it doesnt taste that good. Granted it's not as bad as Craze... It's not as good as Hemavol.... But Hemavol taste amazing.

Yeah man it's crap but I'm dealing with it it's just slow. If I don't deal with it right I can have pain for the rest of my life. Not cool. And the treatment for this injury is like crap. Nothing really works consistently. Anyways I am feeling better as I have been resting stretching stim ice heat and some gentle cardio.
Matt glad the pct is going good. Glad your PR and keeping the strength. I know the half life's of some stuff can be a few days. But at this point it's all out of your system. You gotta remember your still gaining muscle in response to previous stimulus so your strength has continued for the past week or so because of that. Now your just concentrating on keepin it and with your pct and your drive and good diet and habits I have no doubt you'll do very well. Keep it up bro!
Haha. I like your comment about getting small. Try no lifting for a month plus no supps and about 1/3 of your previous diet. That's this guy right here.
you sure do have a solid pct planned, im hoping it goes well...PR's the second week are a good sign.

Started off trying to cut at 100g carbs, 300g protein, 50g fats. Gained like 10lbs and decided to bulk. Then I just upped my protein to around 350-400, carbs to 300-500 and fats stayed around the same. Kept them low.
I am still up 20lbs. But now I eat more like
100-300g carbs, 250-300g protein and 80-150g fat. Lower fat on carb ups. I probably get in more than that as I track via the diabetic exchange method. Where my lean meats don't have any fat, my veggies are free, and I'm allowed two servings of blue berries. I'd say calorie wise I get in around 3000 a day, when I lift I get 3800 or so.

I would say that this would have to be because of my training block... I am used to high volume in most cases (unassisted). So when I went on a strength cycle on Mdrol I gained the CNS capacity to hold/move the weight and now I am just keeping the weight on. I'm pretty sure if I was eating 1/3 of what I eat I would die though... No supps? I could probably do it... but i'd be much smaller (I think). The extra androgens and anabolics just keep us bigger, we get strength, but there is a finite limit. A life time natty powerlifter (squat 1040 in suit), said he just has to take a bit more rest, and his strength cycles have to be planned out more thoroughly. Like 2-3 weeks heavy, then 1-2 weeks of light. But I don't like light.... HEAVY. Even when I train light, I want it to be heavy lol. All about how fast you wanna get there. The supps will make it faster. Though I'll probably die faster... it's something I am willing to accept haha.

I think my arms are up about a cm? Not bad. My chest exploded. And I gained about 2cm on my waist. (where my bellybutton is. )
18.5 inch arms! Yeah now I really feel small thanks. Someday...
