I'm sure if I was playing in a more power program I'd be putting up 350 for bench for a double. I can pretty much handle 315 now like it's 255. Deadlift... squat... those just scare me, I'm going for reps on them squats. Deadlifts I will incorporate on a separate cycle. Perhaps when I am on again I'll switch deads and squats. If I run some 19-nor product or something that is nice on my joints. hehe. I will make you proud man! haha!

It's from a manga called Toriko. They live in the gourmet world. He has gourmet cells. Basically, he eats and gets stronger. He hunts for amazingly delicious food around the world to get stronger. Haha! I wish I had gourmet cells... In one episode he had to keep warm and did a "shivering" technique. burns 20,000 cals a minute. haha. He eats meat by the animal haha!

Dead lifts are staying at 225 for the rest of my life. Squats at 315. An after this year I'm never sprinting again in my life. I hate injury with such a damn passion. But yeah man no joke you've been going insane. I need to find a way to really get my chest a good pump after benching between sets without hurting my rep range too dramatically. Because I can't train power and strength at the same time if that makes sense.

Haha. Man that's what always gets me the tie in point for front delt and pec overlap area. There is supposed to be a bone in there that can cause inflammation as damage. Have you done any shoulder or chest sets lately with your arms rotated inward while raising the weights? Could have just caused a flare up. I would def give it 2-3 days rest ice and heat and some Ibu (it's candy right) and then give it a light set day if your feeling good.

Yeah DAA is bad but I'll be back on it at the end of my lil cycle. Haha. No I should take more. Ibuprofen is good. I need more. But best stuff I ever has was a muscle relaxer when I got hurt. My doc was like these are addictive... And he was right. Mmmmmmm.

Pain killers are addictive I know... I spent like most of my High school life taking a mix of aspirin, tylenol and ibuprofin... (being in honors programs and after school programs and band... were very stressful... )

I should do a 275 short set before hitting my 315... hehe.
