Yeah man your strength went insane. Cycle must be damn nice. And I know. I mean think I was deadin over 500 (fairly) natural not too bad. Bench has always pissed me off I want to be like 350 not 315 lol. Oh well you can just be my idol now...

I'm sure if I was playing in a more power program I'd be putting up 350 for bench for a double. I can pretty much handle 315 now like it's 255. It feels like 255 did anyway hehe.
Deadlift... squat... those just scare me, I'm going for reps on them squats. Deadlifts I will incorporate on a separate cycle. Perhaps when I am on again I'll switch deads and squats. If I run some 19-nor product or something that is nice on my joints. hehe. I will make you proud man! haha!

700 @_@!! Even if I get the same strength increase I won't get that high lol. Would be amazing though eh? adding 100lbs to my deadlift every week haha!

It's from a manga called Toriko. They live in the gourmet world. He has gourmet cells. Basically, he eats and gets stronger. He hunts for amazingly delicious food around the world to get stronger. Haha! I wish I had gourmet cells... In one episode he had to keep warm and did a "shivering" technique. burns 20,000 cals a minute. haha. He eats meat by the animal haha!

Okay... Got some horrible news today. I was benching... Probably not warm enough and when I went into my working sets of 315 I felt a strain on my right upper pec, right where the shoulder meets the pec. The weight didn't feel heavy at all... I think I just went too much too fast? So I had to just stop my chest sets. Other than that I finished where I wanted to.

Haha I know what you mean. I know I was Hittin like 285 on bench and it felt heavy after comin back, then finished up anabeta and erase started and I toss up 315 like cake. I don't get it lol. I'm sure if I had kept training I would be around 330. I'm gona try and hit that this next cycle ;)

Dead lifts are staying at 225 for the rest of my life. Squats at 315. An after this year I'm never sprinting again in my life. I hate injury with such a damn passion. But yeah man no joke you've been going insane. I need to find a way to really get my chest a good pump after benching between sets without hurting my rep range too dramatically. Because I can't train power and strength at the same time if that makes sense.

I'm going to get in some push ups to get blood in there everyday and get this healed.

Haha. Man that's what always gets me the tie in point for front delt and pec overlap area. There is supposed to be a bone in there that can cause inflammation as damage. Have you done any shoulder or chest sets lately with your arms rotated inward while raising the weights? Could have just caused a flare up. I would def give it 2-3 days rest ice and heat and some Ibu (it's candy right) and then give it a light set day if your feeling good.

Meh. Been 4 hours and my chest is feeling much better. Stretching it and stuff. Can't ice it though in the city sadly... Won't see home for a while lol.

Haha I found out today I've been taking +50% max dose of it for like years. Oh well. I need something to cope. I get really mad when I can't lift :) haha

PCT Day 8

Last week was GREAT. Still strong, bloat finally fell off on saturday. Eating has not changed a lot (just added more fats) but I have lost around 5lbs since the end of Mdrol. Which is very sad... Anyway, I will be continuing my PCT. I am not getting any of the moody sides from clomid dosed at 50mgs (making me think it's bunk... I like sides... then again I rarely get any). Nolva still at 20mgs. Thinking I might just run nolva @20mg one more week, then drop it to 10mgs. not sure about Clomi. Keeping it at 50mgs might be a good idea no? Then dropping it to 25mg after I stop nolva? Extend my PCT to around 5 weeks. Just to be sure.
Like I mentioned earlier about my right pec strain. I think it'll be okay. It feels a lot like DOMs now so it looks like I might have gotten off easy.

my nutra order from new years finally came.. so I now have TT33 and ursobolic acid :D I will run urso at 12 caps a day.... Not sure if I really should run the TT33 though... I think I would have to bump up my protein intake if i did though.
