I read an article the other day about doin lay raises with shoulders rotates outward a to prevent damage and inflammation to the shoulders. How do you do yours ?
 
Dude... I know what you mean.. I have a full on weight set in my house now. I have a 3 bedroom apartment which is ready to fall apart (actually a few friend's who live in the area have had their apts condemned already...mine is in no better condition..lol)
Do you like Japanese TV? Anime? Me and my brother actually learned/solidified the language by watching and translating anime lol. Granted our "slang" ain't very polite and anime is not really looked upon as a good hobby to have as an adult but hey... it works.

May seem weird but, as far as training you might wanna do some contracting stuff. Like immovable weights/structures and pull/pull for time/force. And for legs pull some sleds (through the snow even, seeing its so cold up there), and do some sprints ;)

btw, I'd never sprint or pull sleds through the snow... but I know that it is sound training lol, just not for me.

Haha that's sick. Wish I could have my own weight room in my place but with two kids definitely no room. And not too down with the anime. Japanese porn i could do tho but then again i already know all the bad words. Probably gonna try Rosseta Stone when I get back to Oahu in February based on some friends recommendations and see how that goes.
As for the sleds thats not really up my alley either. Been doing incline walking as of late(trying to maintain as much muscle as possible) because I'm gonna start my katana cutting cycle in two weeks.
Might have to get some help with my PCT being this will be my first PH cycle(tried Transaderm a few months back and loved it)

Hmm. I have my thumbs inward and try to focus my shoulders to contract out to the tips of the rear delts by raising my pinky as I reach the end of the rep. I also don't go above my traps. So I don't hit a weak point in the structure of my shoulder. Like the part where it's mainly moving versus contracting (if that makes sense...)

As for the sled cardio that's not up my alley(currently only doing incline walking to keep as much muscle as possible) because I'm about to start my Katana cutting cycle in two weeks. I might have to hit you up for advice being that this will be my first PH I'm going to run(not really counting the transdermal I ran a few months back)

Hehe. I've been living the bodybuilding lifestyle for almost three years here. I will do my best to be of assistance ;)
I am also married. No kids yet though. I can see how the weights will be a problem haha. Katana plus some full body bodyweight stuff will lean you out pretty good.

Yeps. Eat and eat. Man. I think on a cheat day I end up with something like 500g protein.
I eat my five normal meals and the 6th is anything. And usually it's something like 2 chicken breasts, 2 cups of rice, 4 eggs, and a triple serving of protein powder. Then eat some popcorn probably. Well that's the plan anyway. Unless it's a fat refeed... Then its pretty ridiculous on the amount of almonds and coconut milk I drink.

Normal days I tend to hit the same 300g protein, 150-300g cars, and 60-80g fat.

i asked a bodybuilder at the gym the other day and thats pretty much exactly what he said, try and rotate your pinky up and feel the contraction at the top of the set, when i did it correctly my sets of smaller and smaller haha

looking forward to you PCT matt, wanna see those PR's continue bro
 
I just tried lying laterals for rear delts and it is an EXPERIENCE, i got up to 30's or 35's and i have never had that type of isolation until now. Great pump and is a great exercise because it forces you to take your time.
 
I'm you tubing this right now not sure I've ever done this workout, sounds interesting.

i do them sitting down also so you cant cheat, bet you cant do 35's sitting down and turning your pinkys up lol talk about isolation, i used to do them laying on a incline too but i find a rear delt fly machine more benificial now.

Thats some mean weight there. Good for shoulder therapy.

Its pretty good. I'm pretty sure tiny is not seated as he mentioned doing um lying but I'm pretty sure he is not cheating um.

As far as i was taught elbows should be conpletely straight and arms brought out in line with your eyes(slightly forward, not out from the shoulder) and pinkys up. Its very difficult to do such heavy weight with a straight arm, but im a liytle guy ; )

I still prefer the machine right now because I can't get a good contraction at the top of the exercise.

I think to keep the arm up in this position with heavy weight it's more trap/upper back activation than shoulder as it enters a very weak posture

Okay yesterday was my last workout on AndroHardv2... Went for ONE more rep on each exercise.
Side note, took out craze as my pre workout... as much as I love it... I can't sleep on it... at all. Took maximize last night before my workout... was asleep 4 hours later...

Mdrol/AH cycle Final thoughts.

OH YES SUPERDROL IS BEAST!! (At 20mgs that is)

Okay so I figure cause this whole things is not a sponsored log and what not I would just give the low down w/o using numbers or anything... but well if I did probably everything would be 11s... haha!

After upping the dose to 20mgs I noticed EVERYTHING getting better. Cept maybe my nipple, which was looking a bit more puffy than i'd like it. No pain, or itching so I decided just to let it go... never went away, but never got worse. kept me nice and lubed while I ran the dry AndroHard with it. Was able to put on some MEAN strength and size gains.

RESULTS!!!

17lb increase in overall bodyweight. After dropping androhard I was at 97.2kgs. Up just about 8kgs (17.6lbs). Strength stalled after the drop of Mdrol but still stayed with me. Noticed that my joints started to hurt more though. Donno how SERMs are with joint pain but I am hoping for some minor bloating so I can still lift lol.
Body comp. Well I went from a cut to a bulk.. lol. Cut was horrible.... never doing that again, bulk though...well i'm up 17lbs so I guess it went well. I will be aiming to protect these gains over the next 8 weeks. Before accessing my plans. I figure I gained about 8lbs in muscle over all and maybe 5lbs in fat and perhaps around 4-5lbs in water (Hopefully less fat though.. I'm just being harsh). Pics will show. I think I will take another one tomorrow to see. Make sure PCT doesn't fail me.

Interesting notes from cycle....
I started off feeling like my Blood pressure was high... but it was actually lowered. I used TT33 to battle lethargy (Well i didn't notice it was there but when I dropped both mdrol and TT33 I got lethargy from the AH). Took some energy pills/caffeine just because i'm a stim junkie. Kept my pre workout drink in most workouts. Pumps all day.... Only sides were the shrinking nuts... lol. Joints felt better (till the last week).

I believe it said that somewhere...or I read it here on a cabergolean log done by the reps of ergo. If not... I'm just gonna run it straight lol.

I've never had emotional sides from Clomid. I think it affects some people differently

Won't the DAA raise the estro also? Or is he on a blocker. I don't get how clomid does makes people emotional. I haven't used it yet, still planning my first real cycle, but isn't it higher test = less emotional?
 
clomid is an estrogen... thats why they get emotional.


DAA increases the expression of the aromatase enzyme so a simple AI would do the trick there.

I thought people used the serm (clomid in this case) to block estro and raise test to solidify gains. I know, noob questions but I'm just trying to work all this out before I start my cycle.
 
No worries....

SERMS are actually chemically estrogens... just selectively activating the ER though... so yes all SERMS can actually make you a bit emotional from time to time, and some do better at boostin HTPA while others are better at competing for the ER and actually negating all estrogenic effects. Depending on the compounds used in the cycle one can pick and choose their SERMS but personally I ALWAYS go with Toremifene... just feels so much better, cleaner and like I rebound in days, not weeks... my nuts inflate immediately. Its also the best for your lipids and least toxic for the liver...

Everyone has their own preference though, youll have to start somewhere and just decide what you want to use, but I do suggest starting with torem of course.

I just remember Clomid being really rough on me, plus it was my first year away from home (living in Japan), first time experiencing snow... my god I was in hell... I actually stopped taking the clomid. But I found out it was from the ATD I stupidly stacked on.... Never taking that again.. Libido and mood were basically in the crapper all day...

I would have gone with torem but when I bought these the torem either wasnt' carried by the company or it was OOS.... I have torem though... enough for 2 cycles :D

Nolva is good, but clomid supposidly restarts the system faster. I donno really though... so little research out on steroid/serm/sarm usage... if only they'd legalize the stuff ppl would be lining up to be testers...

Hey, DAA is GOOD STUFF! I like it. DAA + Erase was pretty much a sideless PH stack for me. Ran it on bulk calories and my goodness I was strong. Probably over trained too, but strong nonetheless (I Was doing 2 a days, everyday.... The arnold contest prep program... haha! )
