Workouts are still looking very strong Matt! That 5 lb loss is typical after losing the glycogen and water, and everything else looks great
 
That's usually exactly what I do. Except I'm not hitting 315 at the moment, lol. Maybe in a couple weeks :) I just posted my log up if you wanna check it out.

Yea, i'm actually very impressed... it's basically a 15lb gain... Strength was crazy, and still is crazy. Can't wait for summer when I shred this stuff up!

I noticed for my joints all I do now (cause I have loads of injuries...elbows, shoulder injury from tennis, wrist injury from tennis/basketball) I will only do around 12 total pushing sets a week. I pull almost 4x that amount though. and when I pull I use grips and I still SQUEEZE the gripping part. So I'm not letting my hand relax. I am keeping it engaged. Feels like I am doing better. Before I could barely do bench presses because my right elbow was so shot.... supp wise I really only take fish oil.... keep all inflammatory foods to a minimum and make sure I eat stuff to heal my joints. (Healthy fats, veggies, and get in my minerals)
 
Yeah I'm doing all that still. And not lifting anything or doing anything to cause inflammation.
 
Haha Matt. You rest? Yeah right. I'm doing enough rest for the both of us. Taking this time to get my diet ironed out though.

Yea man hope your healing speeds up. I might be hitting your prs for reps soon ;p
Just joking you can deadlift a car. I don't even deadlift in my current routine lol.

Pct day 10
So not much change. Libido is back, but balls still kinda low volume. I was thinking about adding 25mgs of clomid on top of current regime taking clomid up to 75mgs a day. Could be I'm just being impatient though.
Weight wise still holding on. Barely though. I try to make sure I sleep at around 99 kgs. But that has been getting very hard.

I feel like either my si joint isn't lining up properly. And I have some scar tissue messing with my rotation. Or else I still have a lot of muscle tension that needs worked out. Doctors havent been much help. Prob gona go to a chiro and try and get a few muscles released and taken care of if it doesn't get better. But I figure a lil help can't hurt.
Haha, damn bro there goes my suggestion! Well I'm sorry to hear that man, hopefully you get it worked out soon. I can't stand having a few nagging injuries here and there, I can't imagine having stuff that serious. Good luck getting it straightened out!

Haha yeah yeah ;) I just hit a pyramid set on bench up to 290 and felt fine while I was at work. So no big deal. Muscles have shrunk some but muscle memory is good. I did a few things and I think the stimulation will help keep them ready. Gona start doing some easy cardio soon. My damn hips hurt though. And don't forget I was hittin all those PRs at 16 :rofl: I. Would be killing Em if it would be for this rash of injuries I have had. Ah well. I'm just happy for you man you have really been workin hard and it has paid off for you. I know I'll get back it's just a matter of time.

Great workout! I REALLY think the creatine in pre workouts make the difference for me when it comes to strength. I really like the Huperzia Serrata as it was in White Flood and the Mucuna Pruriens pre workout. DMAE seems to be good in all of these. Energy was constant, focus was good, and this time I got some good pumps. Only problem... is it doesnt taste that good. Granted it's not as bad as Craze... It's not as good as Hemavol.... But Hemavol taste amazing.

I think cause my training and diet are on spot now. Even though I didn't eat enough before lifting I had like 20g of bcaa and that wonderful beast mode. Lol.

Nothing really works consistently. Anyways I am feeling better as I have been resting stretching stim ice heat and some gentle cardio.


Matt glad the pct is going good. Glad your PR and keeping the strength. I know the half life's of some stuff can be a few days. But at this point it's all out of your system. You gotta remember your still gaining muscle in response to previous stimulus so your strength has continued for the past week or so because of that. Now your just concentrating on keepin it and with your pct and your drive and good diet and habits I have no doubt you'll do very well. Keep it up bro!

Actually, I haven't had mdrol is almost 3 weeks. I dropped it 1 week before PCT and just stayed on AH. (Won't do that again... I need more. that last week was rough... unless I'm going to be dieting and know my body will be getting more beat up).
Plus Mdrol's half life is like 4 hours heheh. I know the androgens stay elevated for a while but not this long ;)
I would say that this would have to be because of my training block... I am used to high volume in most cases (unassisted). So when I went on a strength cycle on Mdrol I gained the CNS capacity to hold/move the weight and now I am just keeping the weight on. I'm pretty sure if I was eating 1/3 of what I eat I would die though... No supps? I could probably do it... but i'd be much smaller (I think). The extra androgens and anabolics just keep us bigger, we get strength, but there is a finite limit. A life time natty powerlifter (squat 1040 in suit), said he just has to take a bit more rest, and his strength cycles have to be planned out more thoroughly. Like 2-3 weeks heavy, then 1-2 weeks of light. But I don't like light.... HEAVY. Even when I train light, I want it to be heavy lol. All about how fast you wanna get there. The supps will make it faster. Though I'll probably die faster... it's something I am willing to accept haha.

Yea, The PRs are REALLY minor though. 1 more rep per set. It keeps me aiming for a goal though. And I think my chest is completely healed. I no longer feel the pain that I had before. I'm not going to test it though seeing it hasnt even been one week... Must be the extra can of coconut milk I added in everyday to increase my fats to 30% in grams of total calories hahahha!

I am still up 20lbs. But now I eat more like
100-300g carbs, 250-300g protein and 80-150g fat. Lower fat on carb ups. I probably get in more than that as I track via the diabetic exchange method. Where my lean meats don't have any fat, my veggies are free, and I'm allowed two servings of blue berries. I'd say calorie wise I get in around 3000 a day, when I lift I get 3800 or so.

Nah, I'm always reading. But I know fats are for hormones. Insulin is for growth. I wanna get bigger so I eat carbs. Insulin is estrogenic though so I tend to keep it down in pct and up the fats to take care of the calorie load I need so I don't shrink.
I only eat real foods though. Nothing processed, no sugar, no beans, no wheat, and I try to stay away from all phyto estrogens.

I agree with everything you said almost as if it came out of my mouth. Lol. An oh 3 weeks? Nice. I know there are some out there with 3-4 day half life's and you stay elevated for a time after that but your right it's def out. Haha. And definitely. Lots o food lots of supps. Lots of test. And lots of sleep and work. Equals win. Planned diet workouts and rest. Super win.

Took some pics (not so good lighting) and measurements last night. I'll try get them up soon. I'm working on getting my old comp back online too.... Which would solve many problems.

My biceps were up to 47 cms on the right and 46 on left. (flexed)
Waist 87cm
Chest 107cms
Hip 103cms

I think my arms are up about a cm? Not bad. My chest exploded. And I gained about 2cm on my waist. (where my bellybutton is. )

Sadly day 12 of my PCT I am getting moody sides. Feeling I am going to take longer to get the balls working. Probably just need time. 5 weeks of Sdrol is not something to be taken lightly. I have more clomid and some torem if I have to extend my PCT further. Feeling strong. Well at least today....
 
PCT day 13...
Today was horrible. Not even done yet. I hope I get better. Weight dropped like another 4lbs last night (on top of the usual 7lbs I lose when I sleep)... WTF?! I ate. lol. Damn!
Anyway, I am so far up only around 16lbs now. Hopefully today is just a fluke.. Feeling REALLY flat. (Though yesterday was a high carb day cause I worked out). I guess cortisol is kinda rising. I will add a couple things to my PCT.

EndoAmp (PPs stuff). And if i feel like my estrogen is still too high I'm gonna use the sustain alpha (transdermal).

Should help out... Size of arms still are quite big though... lol.
 
End of day 13. I am gonna add the endoamp max to night time dosing to try get me to sleep better. I feel elevated cortisol levels. My left eye lid keeps twitching (past two days). So I have a feeling it has something to do with that.
Also, lowered nolva to 10mgs.
