mattrag said:Any idea on if dosing one in the am and one in the pm is better?
Hmm...
Since they both have very long half lives measured in days, I would say it makes no difference IMO
Dang son. Putting up some good numbers.
Him his GF and NOTABEAR went to Thailand for 2 weeks. Just got back on monday... We might see him make an appearance... lolWhere the heck is manko is he slacking
Where the andro hard being dosed at? I would mega dose right now if I were you
Pct looks sick bro, should serve you well!
Yeah bro your going crazy. I remember when you were just getting back into it in late summer and stuff. Or early fall. Haha. Come along way. Man makes me wish I was running a lil something. A few more years for that though![]()
Bench is looking sick too man. Any idea on a 1rm
Diabolik said:Wouldn't hurt to throw in some creatine mono. I take my nolva right before bed just because I seem to get pretty irritable after I take it. Rest days aren't a bad thing, sometimes you just gotta take an unplanned one to let that body recover. I took a few during my 4 week cycle especially doing that heavy ass 5x5 routine. Get some rest so you can murder this PCT!
RickRock13 said:Your bench is absolutely sick bro. You've had some awesome strength increases through this cycle.![]()
Yea. I think at 20mgs I am definitely feeling it. Or was. I'm gonna sum up the cycle in a couple of posts. Running andohard now at 2x dose till the end of the week. Just aiming to keep my weight the same while holding on to the strength. Gonna be a smooth transition into the 5s on the HST training pyramid. Then running a cycle of hst. Got the numbers and exercises set. It's gonna be a big year.![]()
amen to this statement, we are all gonna get facking ripped this year! Hopefully we all hit any goals plus, I know my goal last year is a few lbs back so I'm hoping for another good year.Yea. Sourdough said:So tell me... before you moved to Japan... did you ever do Sumo squats or deads??? or was that a cultural influence??? LOL
Sourdough said:ahhhhhh... that explains everything!!! LOL... just playin bro.
So did you speak any japanese growing up? how fluent is your japanese now?
FL3X MAGNUM said:And most importantly, do you know Shredder?
Bro... I busted up laughing at this... AWESOME...And most importantly, do you know Shredder?
I was able to converse in Japanese before japan. But not well. Now many of my co workers forget I speak English at all lol.
My mom is 3rd generation Japanese. So she only knows a few words and phrases of Japanese.
Thats cool man... I wish I could speak Japanese... Both my unlce and Cousin speak it fluently...
Wow! Are they Japanese? or lived there for like the military or something?
Well my Uncle and Dad grew up overseas, My Grandpa worked for the state department in the embassy's, so they were always moving around crazy places(Japan, Germany, france, Cambodia are a few of the places I can name that I remember)... THEN my Uncle went on his Mission to Japan for the LDS church.... Came back and works now with Japanese folks, I think he does translating and other business stuff, cant remember, but speaks japanese as part of his living.... then his son, my cousin, went on his mission to Japan as well!(not common at all for that to happen) and came back, did some work speaking japanese, married a japanese woman(who wound up not being the best I guess and got a divorce) then he was approached by the CIA and recruited... I cant tell you the rest or else Id have to kill you... or I guess he would, LOL... SERIOUS. (really, though we think hes a spy now)
Either way they both speak Japanese and the whole family has visited there multiple times, I think my Uncle regularly goes there too but works in D.C.

You're lucky bro. Just moved to Japan with my wife and kids( but still work in Hawaii) and I can't speak a bit of Japanese. I just nod and smile like a moron half the time
Yeah no kidding when did this happen

Sheesh. Well congrats brother man.
FL3X MAGNUM said:Congrats Matt! I feel slightly offended that you didn't tell me in a pm
Lol just messin, but I remember talking about this with you recently.
Promo time???
LiveToLift said:Congrats to both you and NTBM! Just a month ago you weren't a rep now you have two great companies! Nice job man.
mattrag said:Oh man.. where are you currently located? And what brought on the move?
Smiling and nodding most times is okay in this country where most shady stuff... never happens (provided you arent in Akihabara, Ginza, or Shibuya...)
Currently located in Sapporo. Moved here because wife is originally from here but my job keeps me in Hawaii for six months out of the year. And yeah it seems like smiling and nodding is working at the moment but going to have to hurry up and learn the language. I can tell you this though... gyms here re nothing like they are back home. More geared for the elderly here![]()

Dude... I know what you mean.. I have a full on weight set in my house now. I have a 3 bedroom apartment which is ready to fall apart (actually a few friend's who live in the area have had their apts condemned already...mine is in no better condition..lol)
Do you like Japanese TV? Anime? Me and my brother actually learned/solidified the language by watching and translating anime lol. Granted our "slang" ain't very polite and anime is not really looked upon as a good hobby to have as an adult but hey... it works.
May seem weird but, as far as training you might wanna do some contracting stuff. Like immovable weights/structures and pull/pull for time/force. And for legs pull some sleds (through the snow even, seeing its so cold up there), and do some sprints
btw, I'd never sprint or pull sleds through the snow... but I know that it is sound training lol, just not for me.
Oh and congrats on the NTBM repping. Been using their products for a little while and they are awesome!
Yups, Im glad as I have quite a bit of experience in the department of supplements that include oral PHs, Natty Testboosters, pre workouts and the works.![]()
