Small update. Weight was at 96kgs this morning. Which is pretty crazy. I'm looking a tad bit puffy but I don't feel any fatter. Today is a lower carb day so let's see what the scale says tomorrow. Hopefully I don't drop below 95.
Cals today will be something like:
300 p
30 c
100 f

Low carb day. Plus high volume workout. Should be fun. :). I'm feeling hella strong though.
 
Ah. Before I forget. Top sets yesterday were:


335x3 for bench
335x3 squat
355x5 bent over rows.

I have a very strong back. Also my back training is very intense. On back volume days I do a 1.5 rep where I take about 225 and do 5sets of 5 reps where I do a full rep, contact at the top, lower it half way then pull it back up and contract my back. Plus I do a whole bunch of other things. I rack dead over 405 now as well so the muscles that stabilize my arms when holding the weight before pulling are really strong. And I do statics as well. Basically, I found that my back likes volume, so I do everything possible. And it gets bigger and stronger as a result lol.

Nice it sure seems like its working man because that's very impressive!

Thanks! I like the idea of progressive overload through all stressors. TUT, max, load, max concentric contractions, and statics. Unfortunately, back had been the only bodypart that I could get progressively stronger in all those aspects without burning out. Chest and legs my joints go first... Sadly...

Update!


Today was great! Went lower carbs today to ensure the recomping. Also, tested out using IF again. Mainly because I wasn't hungry in the AM because I took a dexaprine again lol. 1,3 destroys my appetite. I love it.

Workout today was also amazing lol.

20mg mdrol
6 caps AH
Then after the mdrol cessation end of week 5 it is:
6-9 caps AH
correct?

I still think you should go up to 30mg either for the last week and call it a 4 weeker, or go to 30 on the last 3 days or so of week 5 lol.

Hmm, I am already at like week 4 (well its friday tomorrow and I will be on week 4 starting on Monday). Hmm. You really think I should bump it up to 30mgs? Not too much? I worry about the liver... haha. Yea I am thinking after stopping Mdrol I will do one week of AH, Unless you think I should do more... I have enough to do another full 4 weeks after my 5 weeks.
 
You can see how the AH is treating you after the first week solo, then keep it going if you think its beneficial I guess. But yeah don't bump to 30 for too long since you're running it 5 weeks. Although I
have seen people run it for 6, granted they kept it at 10 for a while...
I do know you will like 30 lol

I think my next run will be 20/20/30/30/30 haha. Then bridge into something mild. Ah yes...

Dude. You're crazy lol. I think ur next cycle u should go 20 for just the first week, then go 30 the rest. When ur gains diminish (could be week 3 even) that's when you bridge to the mild or non methyl.
Whatcha think? I will run the exact same cycle as u lol, we can have a Gains-off!

This is what I would do with the AH. Might as well keep using it since its not that suppressive. Solidify gains and all the works.

Why not just connect it all? AM 8 weeks, AM low dose 4 weeks, AL/AH bridge 11-oxo/clen/sarm ? I wonder if you will get any testicular atrophy... they really need to methylate HCG... or find some way to get it on cycle without having to pin ;p

Getting deported right now is not in my best interest...

Today will just be a cardio day. I gotta go shopping in the city with the wifey and some friends. Should be some good walking haha. After I get my pull ups and push ups done (pull up push up challenge) Ill be heading out. This morning im looking hella dry though. carb cycling is working as the weight is still at 95.6kgs haha!
 
Happy new years guys. I took 3 days off (unintentionally), but I am back. Drinking my preworkout drink (More Body Octane Game day). And going to hit some deads. ;D

I almost got sick about 2 days ago, mean headaches and bodyaches. Upped the food a bit and I seem to be healed up. Lets see if I can pull up 395 today for 5 on my sumo deads. Perhaps even 405 if 395 feels light.

Actually no....

I think it is because the day was just soooo lazy. All I did was watch anime and sit down. Felt really crappy and when I hit the top set of 395 I just couldn't move it. I'm gonna try again either today or friday. Although... I'm kinda worried my floor at home is gonna break. While squatting 345 yesterday the floor was indeed "bouncing".

Good stuff today. Probably got a pr on the bent over row but I am not sure. I wasn't really trying for weight until I hit the top set and realized how heavy it was...
The pre I took was bpi's 1MR and my god....I couldn't drink it. It tasted horrible.
 
Bro... I just tried some Sumo deads last night after hitting my top set of conventional deads... just wanted to see how the weight felt...

Well I had worked up to 275x3 conventional. took a break and went and could only hit it 2 times sumo... its pretty dang intense bro!!!

it hits your inner thighs like crazy and i felt WAY more pressure on my lower back.... as opposed to lower and mid like conventional...



I dont know how you move that weight you do! I gotta get my legs stronger before trying those again! I think they are much more incorporated in the lift then the conventional style...

Yea I definitely think it takes a bit more training to pull off as the quads aren't allowed to pull as much weight as one would normally pull it. The angle the legs have to get into puts the energy transfer in a "learned" style. Anyway, I know that I have to either start training this movement in the higher reps (to develop the smaller muscles) or get in some accessory exercises to help get the numbers higher. Right not my inner thighs are just too weak.

Good job on trying them though :)
 
idk.... if 20mg is treating you well and your still gaining... I see no point, you may just incurr sides...

Id rather extend the duration then increase the dose.... just me.

I think 20mg is fine if the gains are still there.

Yea...my cut went to hell. I am getting VERY good muscle glycogen storage though.
20mgs is good I feel. I'm getting stronger and my weight is going up. I will take some measurements tonight to see if I am getting gains in the right places.

Get some ostarine for pct I have read great logs in pct with 12 mg dose. take that with your serm and other boosters I feel like you wont lose anything

Good idea but the problem with that is the fact that it can be slightly suppressive, and running it when the body is already suppressed will hinder recovery.
Very interested in running a sarm one day myself though.
