Thanks rickrock! If you guys have any questions about diet, training, supplements just ask as I have done quite a bit of research and experimenting and I am always ready and waiting to learn more. Anabolic minds has opened the door to physique and strength enhancement i never knew possible. Thank you ntbm and anabolic minds. :)

we are in completely opposite time zones but you are always awake when I am because I stay up past 4 AM (east coast time) lol congrats bud ;)
