I took so much GHB the other night and still didn't get laid...

I honestly want to try a small dose of it. Lock my door too of course haha. Supposed to be great for sleep and GH release. I do not suggest anyone try it.

Todays workout was hamstrings and calves

Stiff leg deadlifts 315

High leg press

Seated leg curls

Old crazy calf workout I did before:

100 reps of seated calf raise

6 sets of 10 reps on leg press calf raise

3 sets of 15 reps tibia raise

Didnt sleep as much as I wanted to last night. Ended up having to take a nap in the late afternoon before I went and lifted. Should get more sleep tonight hopefully.

Workout was good. Get used to not using as much weight because the rest periods are so short. Really wears me out quick. Started seeing fuzz around lights towards the end of hamstrings. Not particularly strong but good muscle contractions. Checked my weight and I was 246 without shoes on today. So weight is staying about the same.
 
Schedule is being reconfigured. I missed today and not entirely disappointed now. Feeling like crap after giving blood. Had a headache before I gave and then it got worse. Legs feel beat to hell.

Ya there was no way I was going to lift yesterday. Had a constant headache from hell. Dont know what was up because I dont normally get them. Diet had been pretty solid. Got off track yesterday. When one thing goes wrong it gets compounded. Ya send me some cutting up food ideas. Always looking for stuff to eat.

Man I think I would need to do that workout with someone haha. Otherwise I wouldnt have it in me to do ALL of those reps. I know my friend Ben would like that routine. Probably my friend Mario too. He had me try a Bill Pearl routine with some crazy amount of volume.

Thanks man appreciate it. Used the CPAP machine the other night. Woke up 2-3 hours later dry as hell. Drank 4 cup 8oz cups of water and then another 20 oz with aminos.

Ya got a lot of people in here talking about this and that.

100 reps on seated calve raises, talk about a pump!

Well it isnt 100 straight reps. What I normally do is do as many reps as I can then switch out with someone. My rest would be whenever he was too tired to do more reps. This would continue till I got to 100 reps. All I use is a 45 pound plate. The reps are explosive on the way up and slow on the negative with a pause at the bottom to stop the bounce.
 
I ended up not doing cardio like I talked about doing. It is rough getting up stairs. If you need a good calf workout try it out. Just be prepared to be sore and hate me. I showed it a guy at the gym when I was doing it. Curious to find out what he thought of it. He has small calves and said he wanted them to grow.

Honestly Idk if I can say I have noticed too much so far. Giving it more time that is for sure.
 
Tonight is going to be 1 of the rare times I drink. My sister is going to celebrate recovery and then picking me up from the bar later. Oh how things look different now haha.

Going to go do a quick intense workout now. DC/Heavy Duty inspired. Shouldnt be long just some chest/shoulders/back. Have to be home soon to get a shower and dressed.

Tonight going to a mexican restaurant where apparently they have $1 beer specials. Then going to a bar with $15 all you can drink well crap.

Sorry man, its been a while since I checked in, been busy lately. I have a mask, covers my nose and mouth, because I tend to be a mouth breather. I felt really claustrophobic at the start. What is your peep set at? (the pressure reading) Mine is 16, which is very high.

Yeah mine is only a mild case they said, but during my 1st sleep study I didnt sleep much so it could have been worse. Hoping it helps me out. Memory has been crap lately. I used to fall asleep while driving too, but not lately thank goodness.

I am anxious for the benefits. I know it has not helped me get rid of this fat that I have acquired. Looking forward to shredding up a bit. Was not this bad before I started having sleep issues. So far heart has been fine. Joints and muscles have been good but I think that has a lot to do with this routine I have been running.

Well when I had the sleep study I slept with it on fine. Didnt even notice when the tech came and adjusted it apparently lol. 2nd time I used it at my sister's house last weekend I slept fine. But I did take it off in my sleep and slept on top of it for a while lol. I slept 7/8 hours that night but only had it on 4. Which the PA said that was actually really well. Basically said being consistent is more important. It doesnt seem to bother me much as far as falling asleep, but both times I took Ambien(10mg) which honestly doesnt knock me out.

And thanks again man. It is great to see someone so supportive. Plus I am sure more guys on this board need to be aware of sleep apnea.

If I am brave I might take a pic with the mask on lol. Do you have the nose pillows, nasal mask, or full mask?



It is some sweet stuff. I am shocked how well IForce did with the flavors. Got so used to nasty stuff.

I feel weird just breathing through my nose. Can see how one would feel claustrophobic. Mine is set at 8. Like I said mine is supposed to be a mild case.

V-bar lat pull downs 200
Chest supported rows 135

Incline BB press 225
Pec dec 110

DD lateral raise 25

Everything was done rest pause style. Plus ample time between exercises to recover for the next one. The 3rd and final rest pause set was followed by a drop set. Just one drop with about half the weight with good form. Plus used some extreme stretching. Seemed to be a really good workout for me.

Ok so I learned a little bit tonight. I learned what I dont want(a girl who goes out and parties and drinks). Also I learned I am not much of a drinker anymore. Plus I saw some weird stuff. Did see a nice pair of tits while standing at the bar. It felt like they were recently bought. It is weird to think I used to go out and drink on a weekly basis. I found myself wanting to be somewhere else. Also had a calm feeling about it all. Usually I end up getting mad for whatever reason and just feel bitter. Tonight I just felt like I should be somewhere else.

I feel you on that one. I used to party on a nightly basis, but now I have absolutely no interest at all. I'm not sure if I just outgrew it, or what. But last time I went to a bar, I was just bored. I honestly can't figure out what I used to like about it so much.
 
It's called growing up guys. Sorry to break it to you. Lol I visited my son one weekend at his school. They had a party and I was out of my mind in that insanity. I ended up going outside and firing up the barbeque and cooking burgers and dogs for the whole bunch. Munchies were rampant!! Heh Heh

Might go do some arms today. Kind of want to pair them with calves, but as sore as they got last time Idk if that would be a good idea. Atleast not till I do legs. Today doesnt feel like a leg day after last night. I mean I dont feel like crap or anything.

Went and did quads today. Talk about a short and intense workout. Was thinking about throwing in arms too, but that would have made for too long of a workout.

Squats: 405 for 6, 225 for 17

Leg ext: RP 200 for 12-6-4 straight drop to 100 for 10

After this my quads were PUMPED. I TRIED to get into the DC quad stretch. First time I lasted 2 seconds. Kept trying and finally worked my way to 20 seconds. This is the kind of workout for me personally. Well atleast my quads.

I know I felt like a little girl quiting. Honestly didnt take enough breathes at the end. My hands started to go numb and lower back was taking a good bit of the brunt of the pain.

405 for 6 is bada*s

Thanks man. Should have gone for more reps, but didnt ask for a spotter. Plus had the safety bars too high for fear of hitting them again. Felt damn strong though. To be honest I was a little worried 405 was going to crush me.

I almost always squat with rubber weights, I hate how most people spot and I'd rather just dump it if I can't get it.

Very true. I lift at home though... If I dump my whole floor is going to be gone lol, and I workout alone... I have to make sure I can get the weight back up or Ill die haha. Thats good motivation right there.

But Toma... I have never gotten 405.... Good job bro!

Yeah really good motivation lol. Favorite part about my local gym is the rubber weights and the time I go is almost always empty.

My get has the old school metal plates that are mix and match. I swear some weigh more or less.

It seems like Intimidate increases whatever mood I am in. If I am in a good mood it is a great mood. Bad mood and it is a horrible temper. Plus of course libido is strong.

Im strongly considering making the gym change. I can get it so I can go to the multiple locations in town. 1 is really close which would be great for AM cardio. Plus if I continue to go solo. Not sure how they would feel about my heavy lifts.

Also weight is up a hair. Was more like 249 on the scale with everything on.

500lb squats for reps would be beast....

I got 405 for 11 and 455 for 8 a while back on cycle. Then I started focusing on deadlifts more.

Just got home from lifting. Planned on doing back/chest/shoulders again. Things dont always go the way you plan though haha. Went a little overboard with the back. Was a bit too worn to give chest/shoulders the attention they deserve. Plus tricep was acting up a bit.

Deadlifts: 515 for 4, this just felt weird. Kind of pissed me off to be honest. Was hoping for more. Could be because my quads are still sore from 2 days ago. Might have to put this on hamstring day so there is more of a gap between the 2 major lifts.

V-bar lat pull down: 210 for 3 RP sets followed by a drop set

Chest supported rows: 140 for 3 RP sets followed by a drop set

Pullover machine: 140 for 3 RP sets followed by a drop set (this got to my triceps good for some reason. My left triceps are pulsating right now. Will go tomorrow to do chest/shoulders).

It was a good workout other than deadlifts. Very taxing that is for sure. Should have kept it to 2 exercises or at the most 3. Got a little greedy though. Was feeling nice and full like a beast earlier in the day. I am pretty sure that had something to do with it haha.
 
so can you give some product reviews so far? how you feel its affecting you in strength, weight, recovery, sleep...etc?
