So, i pre-blogged on Friday, after finishing another CT scan, we went ahead and caught a day of cardio.
I did take the Pro Xanthine & ALC/CLA (3x's that day).
Did 3.47 miles and burned 609.5 calories. (I LOVE BURNING THE 600'S)

Really unhappy with this work out. I was tired from being up most of the night, but still managed to get the workout done. I took the pro xanthine, 3 ALC/CLA's (3x's that day), and took ignite for my favorite slap at myself affect.

H.S. MTS Shoulder Press:

Today was a cardio day and didn't have much in my to do it, but i did it.
Took the pro xanthine & ALC/CLA (so far twice, but the day is not over)
Treadmill at 2.92 miles and only burned 483.9 calories. :(
Assisted laying abs BWx60 reps for both sides and BWx60 reps x2 for front.

36x10, 46x10, 51x10, RP 51x5, RP 51x2 = 17 Good work here up 2.5 lbs per side

Hammer Strength Iso Lat Row:

37x10, 47x10, 52x10, RP 52x10, RP 52x10 = 30 time to go up to 57 up in reps

H.S. MTS Shoulder Press:
40x10, 50x10, RP 50x8, RP 50x7 =25 time to go up to 55

H.S. Bicep Curl:
40x10, 55x10, RP 55x8, RP 55x5 =23 you can go up in weight if ya want. You got 2 more reps on initial set than last time! Nice!

Skull Crusher:
30x10, 40x10, RP 40x8, RP 40x8 = 26 time to go up to 45 blew your last performance out of the water in reps performed with 40!

Seated Leg Curl:
70x10, 85x10, 90x10, RP 90x10, RP 90x10 =30 time to go up to 100 here - up 5 lbs and did 5 more reps.

Squats:
100x10, 145x10, 165x8 - Widow maker 105x20 = 165 for work set was a PR for weight! stay there and go up 5lbs on the Widow Maker
What she is not telling you guys or may not have noticed herself is that she went up in either weight lifted or reps performed on everything. I am trying to break her of the mentallity that she has to get the same amount of reps on every Rest Pause set. She thinks she did not do well if she doesn't. In comparison to the last time we did these exercises 2 weeks ago she kicked major ass! My Queen you make me a proud ass man every time we step into the gym. You work harder than most men and have intensity that *****s champions!

Just started my G8 Log...check it out if ya want... I know you have trouble with powders, but I wish we could get you to try it!

Chris took one of the packets and said it was rough for him to get up. I can't be havin all that. Sleep is good, but i dont need to be groggy to not get up and go to the gym. I'll check ur log dear. ;)

Still having some issues, but what else is new. Lunesta doesn't work. Ambien gives me a good 2-4 hours. I guess that's better than nothing.
I'd pop an Ambien, sleep 2 to 4 hours, wake up and pop another Ambien and go back to sleep for another 2 or 3 hours and get a full night's sleep.
Does it kick in fast enough to do that kind of dosing?

I dont care babe. I was just saying we had changed the workout again. I dont have a name for the one we were doing, other than my fav.. My bad if it came off that way.
We are doing DC Training right now my love. I think we should keep doing the other workout that is your favorte though during the week like we have been and DC on the weekend. Will help us get lean and recover a bit. I had fun kicking the crap out of myself last week but could feel my elbow telling me not to keep that intensity for nonstop. Besides I want to get up to the heavier weights with the giant set one and see if I can keep up.

It kicks off pretty quick most of the time for her. It just doesn't last long and the XR doesn't have enough kick to put her to sleep.

Since I am about to be done with this bottle, I guess these will be my last few posts until I finish the Pro Xanthine bottle.
Were back to my favorite workout, cuz man needs his abs, so he's not the u-ga-chaca baby.. I still say he shoulda had to wear the tu-tu since he managed to get the abs last christmas. ;-P Sorry babe. lol.

Anyways, I took ignite, took 2 pro xanthine, ALC&CLA (3 x's a day).
Hopped on the Elliptical for a slight warm up and did 6 minutes and burned 70.0 calories.
All weights were done at 15lb for 20 reps and 3 sets.

Flat

Wide Rows
Romanian Deadlifts
Shrugs
Reverse Lunges
Arnold Press

Calves for 110lb x20 reps x3 sets

No she is just talking about last year when I did the tutu thing to get my abs. She is hating because I succeeded and she didn't get to see me in that tutu. She can make up for it with you video in a few days... ;) Although I may very well end up in a diaper come Christmas...

By the way Lil Miss skinny took pics this weekend not sure when she will get on to update. She has surgery this coming week to fix all the issues that slowed her down in this log but she came out looking like a super star in the end anyway.

This is going to end my log. I had to have nose and ear surgery, and cant workout for a little bit. Things have gotten unsafe and even doing hammer strength i am blacking out.

She has always made me proud but the work she puts in on the weights does more than make me proud it impresses me and sets a standard. I am at an age now I just have to back off a bit. I can not keep my pedal to the floor at all times like I used to but seeing her ability to push through inspires me. It is hard but often I have to remind myself that I have to leave a little in the tank now. Working out with her it is almost impossible. She has some great pics and is going to do a review soon. I will post up her picks if she wants me too but was gonna let her do it she deserves all of the credit and I don't want to try and steal any of it.

Yah it can be a bit humbling in a way but it's not that bad at all cuz your proud of what they can do. I get that way with my girls too. I know they can really push and when it comes to endurance and drive I can be lacking in comparison, and I'm a crazy old fugger...

Chris I am enjoying phase 2 of warrior just like I did phase 1, you have done a good job of designing intensive workouts that don't tend to see my getting injured. I look forward to all my workouts and can put it into overdrive and finish in 40 mind blowing minutes. All intesity all the time...

I think this product is awesome. It helped me lean down and build muscle. I was not sure what I wanted to accomplish when I started the log, but I love what I have accomplished which is, a small 4 pack and put the bump back in my hump. I love the muscle definition it gave me. I would highly recommend trying this out.
I do feel like I was not the best candidate during the log running because of all the health issues I had going on. But I am very thankful for this product because it helped my doctor diagnose a problem I was having.
